This company is a hidden SCAM !!!!
Do not touch this company, I've purchased £4.90 for a 5gb, and nothing more, and I called them back after a day saying it didn't work that 5gb, and request everything to be refunded and stoped, they confirmed everything will be stoped, but can't refund the 4.90, however now about a month later I see a charge from those scammers of £49.50, this is totally unacceptable, and I've already started to report it for some authorities in th UK.

Been charged £49.00 for a subscription I didn't subscribe to. They are refusing to refund saying I had a 3 day cooling off period. It's a complete fraud. I believe I was purchasing a £10 EE top up. Please avoid.

Scam company. Abusing the vulnerable!
Charged me £49 for services I was completely unaware of.
I genuinely thought I was topping my teen-agers phone £10 via the original EE website so you have been crafty there. Now I'm fighting to get that £10 reinstated to my account. Cannot communicate with this company. Be careful out there watch for these dirty dogs!!! They know what they are doing and continue to get away with it via legal loopholes. Also all the 5* reviews are written by the scammers and/or bots

Company are fraudulent scammers. Daughter topped up £10 credit for EE. They then tried to take £49 from me numerous times for a subscription we did not agree to. First my bank stopped it but this week they have taken £49. Others have said the same. This company is a scam and needs reporting and closing down sap.

SCAM! BEWARE!
Do not use this company - this is a scam. I brought a £10 mobile phone top up and then 3 days later they tried to take €49 from my credit card for no reason. Luckily my bank spotted it as a fraudulent transaction and blocked it. Outrageous and hope they are shut down asap.
The company has clearly used AI to reply to these posts as the response are all the same and don’t address the issue. I will not be sharing further details with the company as I don’t believe it is safe to do so.
