Do not use this company - this is a scam. I brought a £10 mobile phone top up and then 3 days later they tried to take €49 from my credit card for no reason. Luckily my bank spotted it as a fraudulent transaction and blocked it. Outrageous and hope they are shut down asap.
The company has clearly used AI to reply to these posts as the response are all the same and don’t address the issue. I will not be sharing further details with the company as I don’t believe it is safe to do so.

If I could give minus ten stars I would
This company took a topup charge in the middle of a transaction with a reputable provider, and then tried to take a sum ten times the topup charge from our card a couple of days later. Our bank security department spotted this and stopped the payment so you can take it that this company is well known for dodgy practices. We are still unable to use the original topup and they wont refund . Stay away.

Prepaid Mobile Recharge."you are scam merchants". Days ago I topped up and yet wait for credit to come through whilst u have been paid by MasterCard.
My advice to the public keep away from Prepaid Mobile Recharge, cancel card immediately whilst informing Bank/Card provider.

Same as others on this site - I must have bought a £10 top up but was then added to a monthly payment fee! I feel very silly to have been taken in by this :(

Prepaid Mobile Recharge is a scam company. Three days ago, I made a €15 top-up, which was charged, but the credit never arrived on my phone. Today, July 19, 2026, €49 was charged without my consent. It seems this website is dedicated to scamming people, using the same method on everyone who uses their services. There are hundreds of comments saying they've been scammed just like me.

I would give no stars if I could. This is absolute fraud. I did a one off £20 top up, and they have now requested another £49 from my debit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY at all, this is FRAUD.

I think I have been scammed. Paid for top-up no top up. Also in small print subscription charge. Where has my money gone?
Now they want personal information to " better understand what has happened"
This is a tactic to remove my review!

Is this company linked to Giff Gaff?? I bought £9.80 giff gaff credit and get the message that I don’t have any credit, as I try to make a call. Why? I’d just added £9.80 to my giff gaff account. I have tried SIM card in two different phones cos I thought problem was with the phone but still the same outcomes. The money, £9.80 has come out of my account and been paid to a company called ""Prepaidmobilerecharge"" on the 14th July 2026. Next thing I know, two days later on the 16th July 2026, £49 has left my account to the same company - "Prepaidmobilerecharge" which I did not authorise. This must be a scam/fraud! I have reported issue to my bank as a scam/fraud. Stay away from giff gaff and this company - “Prepaidmobilerecharge.” Surely giff gaff must be aware of what’s going on!
