I really appreciate the assistance of the customer care agent Shree, he was clearly knowledgeable about my various questions regarding smart metering, and well as the other types of metering and things to be aware of. He also gave some useful tips to help manage my usage. He was kind and patient, and provided great service. Overall, great call!
