Delicious Low Carb Meals
Great experience so far, have been using for approximately 4 weeks now. Had 2 check in phone calls with Callum who was very nice and helpful. The menu is very varied week to week and all have been very tasty. The low carb element of these meals has been very instrumental in how I manage my type 1 Diabetes.

I means a lot to have all the meals for the week arriving on a Sunday. A good choice that changes on a 4ish week basis.
Well balanced and tasty meals.
The only negative thing is that some of the meals say spicy that aren’t and some that do not say are! Only one of us likes it it bit hot 🔥

Great food and excellent customer service from Jordan
The food has been consistently very good - really tasty, with an amazing variety. I particularly like that there’s a good mix of cuisines, including English and Italian-style options, rather than everything leaning towards curries or spicy food.
We’ve had a few delivery and packaging issues along the way, but the customer service has been genuinely excellent. Jordan in particular has been brilliant - helpful, fair and quick to get things sorted.
Issues can happen with deliveries, but the way a company deals with them matters, and Prep Kitchen have handled everything really well. Happy to keep ordering.

Tasty food, great portions
I’m a busy professional and this service is great. The food is tasty, portions are satiating unlike with other providers, and there’s a good variety. The app is a breeze and lets me be flexible with the plan. I got a call from Sam checking in on everything and she was very polite and helpful.

I’ve been using PrepKitchen for months after switching from Simmer Eats. I prefer the quality of meals - they are a lot fresher and less ‘supermarket ready-meal’.

I’ve been really happy with PrepKitchen
I’ve been really happy with PrepKitchen so far. The food is always fresh, tastes great, and makes sticking to my goals so much easier. Since starting about 4weeks ago, I’ve already lost 2kg, which has been really motivating !
I also spoke with Sam, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, friendly, and genuinely took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was right for me. Her customer service was outstanding and made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and kind—she’s a real credit to the team.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend PrepKitchen to anyone looking for quality meals and excellent service.

Honestly what a good company the meals taste great, better than other companies I’ve tired.
They found out I wasn’t well & gave me 2 meals for free on my order.
It’s been so good I’m on my 4th order I think.

The food is really good, I was quite surprised! Lots of flavour and the chicken tikka is my fav. Service has been fantastic, it come fresh and chilled well packaged.
I’m not keen on spicy and a lot of the choices do have chillies in, but there is still enough for me to choose from that’s not. Spoke to Sam she was fabulous very kind and bubbly really impressed.
