One of this company's employees parked a marked vehicle outside a small park in Eastbourne blocking one of the entrances/exits to it, making it probably impassable for someone physically disabled and definitely so for a wheelchair user. This was actually illegal as well as inconsiderate. When I contacted them by email their reply was "The vehicle has now been moved." No apology or comment that I was correct in my concerns.

Because I have worked in care for a long time, as well as being involved in the care of my then wheelchair bound partner before she died I am aware of how upsetting a blocked path or exit can be. As this was their reaction to something concerning ill individuals, it makes me wonder how good their actual care would be. You can tell a long about people by how they behave when they think it doesn't matter.

I have my care & support given by the Wakefield branch. The Manger Zoe is absolutely fantastic and she always has time for me should I wish to speak to her as do all the other staff. This filters down to her staff in the office, i can honestly say they are the best company for empathy and care i have ever had dealings with.

The team I have with me are just like family, they are very aware of me and my emotions. They are so caring and I am not sure anyone knows the word ‘No’ because whether its from the branch or my family of carers no-one ever says it as nothing is too much trouble.

My care family are empathetic, respectful, caring, friendly, just generally lovely people

Not sure Prestige Head Office realise what they have in the jewel up North otherwise known as Prestige Nursing & Care Wakefield branch
