Laura C. Was a blessing to work with. Instead of canceling my order, she gave me many options. I placed my order for hold and recently shipped the flowers.

Prestige are a brand I have been sent flowers from before so thought they would be a good reliable company to use when sending flowers to my mum for her birthday. Unfortunately this was not the case. Prestige ask what day you wish your flowers to be sent, I specified a date which was sadly not met. I contacted the company about my disappointment with this, especially as I paid £6 for delivery, to which James explained their delivery company (in this case Royal Mail) do deliver 7 days a week however they are “unable to guarantee a specific delivery date” and I am “not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame” meaning they aren’t too fussed when the flowers arrive. Not only did my mums flowers arrive late missing her birthday entirely, they are also not great. I hate to leave a bad review and don’t do it lightly but I feel it’s necessary this time. Prestige’s own website claims they provide “clear product information, thoughtful presentation and standout flower inspiration for the moments that matter most”, I ordered a large bouquet of Florists Choice, which I know can be anything but having seen a previous review saying these arrived amazing I opted for this choice as a surprise. Unfortunately this was a mistake as they’ve arrived looking very unthoughtful and ill presented, nor are they large. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service/concern and with the actual product itself. Please be mindful when buying from this company in regards to delivery times and perhaps opt for another type of flower if you don’t want a mismatched flung together bouquet. I wish I could attach a photo with this!!

I have ordered flowers from here a couple of times & I have always had the best service & it’s always a quick delivery or for the date you ask for.

Reply from Prestige Flowers
Quick delivery but not very good quality. Flowers didn’t last very long.

Reply from Prestige Flowers
Until the flowers are delivered and as promised unable to advice service.

Terrible florist, flowers are nothing like the pictures, they appear online as a beautiful bunch of flowers but arrive late even though next day delivery has been paid for & are half dead. Upon dispute, customer service agents are unhelpful & refused refund even after sending pictures of the dead flowers sent. 2nd time this has happened. AVOID this company

Won't ever use again.
"Prestige" Flowers claim to offer a next day, 7 day a week delivery service across the UK. So I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for our anniversary on 7th to be delivered on the 8th. Got back an email from Prestige confirming / accepting the order with a confirmed delivery of the 8th August, along with a "Royal Mail 24 Tracked" reference number confirming delivery between 09.20 and 13.20 on the 8th. Nothing arrived.
I contacted Prestige and got a BS / robot like response (similar to others on this forum) that in thier Ts and Cs, for deliveries to certain areas, like Scotland, there may be delays - Scotland is part of the UK and they had they accepted the order based on the delivery address given - which was not in some remote corner of Scotland. No feedback when I was placing the order that there might be a delay on the delivery, and if they had said that I would have not proceeded with the order.
Furthermore as Royal Mail don't normally deliver on Sundays it's likely that ( if the flowers do arrive) it will not be until Monday at the earliest. I.e. 2 - 3 days after thier claimed next day delivery service - and what condition they will be in on arrival...........
I've requested full recompense for the money I'd wasted. But reading other comments in this forum it would seem I would only be able to get the delivery costs back (a fraction if what I was charged) if the delay is more than 3 days whoopee!!!! That's really going to unspoil a special day!!
Next time I'll contact a real florist.

Booked flowers to be delivered “ next day” for a family birthday.
They were not delivered. I was told at first “ to allow time and they would be delivered on my selected date”.
Of course they never turned up.
Now they claim certain areas transit takes extra time ( not mentioned on check out) and are saying they only refund the delivery cost if it is 3 days late.
Avoid at all costs.
Use a local florist.

I ordered a bouquet for a very special occasion costing nearly £100 on Tues 4th Aug 2026 for delivery on Wed 5th Aug. They arrived on time but were dead by Sat 8th Aug. I am absolutely mortified that the fabulous gift that I had planned was absolutely decimated. I wish I had read the reviews on here before I embarked on my grand jesture

My family ordered me flowers for my birthday. They chose the bouquet because the photograph on the website looked absolutely beautiful — a lovely, full bouquet of fresh flowers.
What actually arrived was a complete joke.
It honestly looked like someone had been rummaging around in a rubbish bin or compost heap and decided to send these leftovers to a customer.
There were hardly any flowers in it at all. The few flowers that were there were wilted, half-dead and looking absolutely miserable. And the rest? GREENERY. Loads and loads of pathetic, wilted greenery and filler.
And here's what makes this even worse - the flowers were only ordered the day before they were delivered. They weren't sitting around left somewhere for days without water. They were ordered specifically for my birthday and delivered the very next day.
So how does a florist manage to send out a pathetic "bouquet" that is already this wilted, half-dead and disgusting when it has only just been ordered?
There is simply no excuse for a "bouquet" arriving with so few flowers in this condition when they were only ordered the previous day. They looked like they had been laying around in a bin for ages before they were sent out.
How anyone looked at this pathetic collection of dying greenery and thought “yes, that's perfectly good to send to a customer” is completely beyond me.
And the price? EXTORTIONATE. An absolute joke.
You can walk into a supermarket and spend a fiver on a bouquet that looks about a hundred times better than this. At least supermarket flowers are fresh and contain ACTUAL FLOWERS.
My family paid a HUGE amount of money because they wanted to give me a lovely birthday surprise. Instead, they got completely ripped off and paid an absolute fortune for what looked like the discarded leftovers from the bottom of a rubbish bin.
So apparently it's perfectly acceptable to take a substantial amount of money from someone and send an absolutely appalling and miniscule handful of wilted stems that bears no resemblance whatsoever to the beautiful bouquets shown on your website.
I am absolutely disgusted.
My family are now going through their bank to get their money back, and I am reporting what has happened to the relevant authorities.
If you're thinking of ordering from these scammers, DON'T.
Seriously. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Don't be fooled by the pretty photographs on the website. Based on what was actually delivered to me, you will end up paying a fortune for what looks like the discarded dregs from a rubbish bin.
I cannot recommend these scammers to anyone. Not for £5, not for £50, not even for free.
A supermarket bouquet would have been infinitely better.
Absolutely disgusting quality for an outrageously extortionate price.
STAY WELL AWAY.

Extremely disappointing service -twice now. This is second time I've ordered flowers from this company, and on both occasions the delivery has been late.I specifically selected Saturday delivery, only to be told when I contacted them that the delivery terms and conditions apparently allow for this. These flowers where for my wife's birthday,so the delivery date was important. What makes it even more disappointing is the complete lack of understanding or compassion when I contacted customer service. The whole experience felt like I was chatting to robots rather than speaking to someone who actually cared. After two experiences like this,I certainly won't be using this company again. A birthday delivery should arrive when promised, and customers deserve better communication and customer service when things go wrong instead of blaming other people.VERY POOR SERVICE -AVOID

My husband and I recommend that you use another flower service, as there are many better ones, with a better courier to deliver flowers. I don’t call them by the name Prestige as they are the most disreputable and dishonourable company out there. Hopefully, when you read this and choose a better different company, they will also have better customer service than the dreadful experience we have encountered.
My husband and I share an email address, as we have done since emails were stated in 1980’s, but he has a separate Gmail he uses when he wants to surprise me with a gift, as I can see if he orders using the joint email. So, he ordered my favourite expensive flowers- a bouquet of sunflowers, from this company I TRY NOT TO USE NAME OF, using his Gmail, that takes him a very long time to access, unlike our joint account. On my birthday, it was VERY hot. James was wondering where the bouquet he had ordered was, as no notification by Gmail as to what time to expect it. He took time to check his Gmail. My husband and I were in the house all morning. We never heard doorbell which we would hear if rung. We also didn’t hear a vehicle on drive. James kept checking outside, every 30 minutes until we had lunch- when he was a little longer as we chatted and ate lunch slowly. James then went to check front door again and called me. The flower box was lying on its side, outside a SW facing door in full glaring sun, where doorbell is. There are plenty of signs on the box indicating that it must be kept upright, but that was ignored by delivery driver and was on its side. The box was in direct sun and felt very hot. I removed the flowers that were very limp and floppy- a gust of hot air came out of box as I opened it. I initially plunged them into water, and 30 minutes later, I tried to cut the stems 2.5cm at 45 degrees at base of sunflowers, but petals fell off. Presumably not due to quality of flowers or how packed, but due to delivery driver not ringing our doorbell and ensuring we knew that what was meant to be an upright box, was delivered, and not left outside our front door. The sunflowers shed a lot of petals as I cut stems and looked very limp and sorry for themselves. They did not look anything like they are described “SENSATIONAL SUNFLOWERS SKU: DD040716”. I sent an immediate email telling the company of above, but from joint email, the order number was there, as was his name. As on website to find email address, I could see on website how lovely the photos of the ordered bouquet were, but I had nothing like that- just a limp, pitiless mess. I emailed the disreputable company as I know them to be now and offered 2 solutions: a complete refund to my husband and gave his full name and that they claim it from delivery company OR send some fresh flowers -the same bouquet he paid for, but with different delivery company who rings doorbells to notify customers. I had this response “This automated response may help... We cannot locate a recent order with your email address. This may be due to an alternate email address being used or a payment method of Apple Pay being used.
If you allow 15mins and log into your online account - My Account - your recent orders will be visible there for you to see.
If you find after 15 minutes the order in question is not present, please reply to this email and we can investigate this for you.
- Prestige Flowers Support I replied and told them his personal Gmail he used to order. No response from them though, so the next day I chased them again- all taking my time, writing “You have not had the courtesy to reply”.
A week later no response so I write via my poor husband’s Gmail and numerous emails followed. The company response was that we could have £10 off the next order from them! Like we would ever order from this disastrous place again.

I ordered the flowers for an anniversary and the ordering system allowed me to chose the date I wanted. That to me says they will be able to deliver to the required address on the required day no matter where I am in the UK. If they couldnt then they shouldn't allow that delivery date to be selected and I would have gone elsewhere. The flowers were a day late and the usual excuse was, well you live in Scotland its your fault. My point is the ordering system allowed me to chose the date thats our contract. Secondly the quality is really poor. What they advertised was certainly not even close to what was received. My advice to anyone if youre thinking of ordering flowers either go to a local florist or order with M&S at least if youre unsatisfied with theirs you get a full refund

Ordered flowers & they were dying. Bunch was too small & I'm very disappointed. Have used then before, but never again!! Save you money & go somewhere else.
