From a regular customer for the past fifteen years
I often order classical music CD's from Presto Music and always find their service excellent. They respond quickly to my orders and usually within a week I have what I have ordered. Their very extensive listing of CD's by composer is easy to search and to find the often rare recordings for which I am looking.

Great service, great website
I have ordered CDs and DVDs from Presto for more than ten years and I'm extremely pleased with their service. Great selection of classical music and music books. Lots of special offers which are always worth checking. The website is easy to navigate and a truly wonderful source of information. I'm from Finland and was a bit worried how the brexit would change things, but everything has been
going as smoothly as before the brexit. Can warmly recommend Presto to all classical music lovers.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. They helped me out with hiring a digital piano for my wedding when no one else seemed interested in a hire for just a weekend.
Super responsive everytime I sent an email. Gareth was amazing to deal with and even carried the piano out to the car for us when we collected

I am impressed by the customer service
I am impressed by the customer service. I reported a problem with the downloader app for Mac and the company responded almost immediately. After a couple of hitches, they got it working again and everything now works - a couple of hours later!

Everything depends on the right lead…
Everything depends on the right lead from the top and the quality of staff carrying out instructions. I recently placed an order and asked for the despatch to be delayed because I would be away. This was confirmed in an email by the manager concerned. Within a week I had a despatch notification telling me the CDs were on their way. When I complained that my request had not been adhered to, a minion was delegated to make a form of apology. Passing the buck, blaming somebody else and not stepping up to the plate is something that politicians are very good at doing. When it happens in the retail business it is truly exasperating.

Presto classical for people who love music run by people who love music
This appears to be one of the last independents where you can obtain CDs at good prices.
It is a great source not only for discs but also books on all aspects of music.
Many of long deleted CDs can ordered using their own disc duplicating service with the disc indistinguishable from the original.
They have a wonderful website which I not only use for searching for recordings but as a valuable tool for research.
Finally they have the best streaming site for lovers of classical music and the rewards for the artists is far better than the likes of Spotify plus as a subscriber you receive discount and free postage.

I ordered some music to be sent Royal Mail first class tracked and it got sent to a different address by mistake and was not forwarded, so as the music was urgently needed for an exam Presto sent me a replacement copy the next day.
Excellent service at no extra cost to myself. Fortunately the postman got it right the second time.

The website is helpful and gives details of the editions. Orders are handled with reliable promptness. I find the DPD delivery option useful as the postal deliveries are unreliable around here..
