Order - 611018P - Sent out glasses with plastic demo lenses still in. Wasn't listed on site anywhere. Went to return through their website and I have to pay £4 to do that. Would avoid using in future.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent over £1,000 on a pair of Cartier glasses and had only had them for around a month. I’d worn them just once, and they broke.
I contacted the company to ask for a replacement, and then had to wait a full week just to get a response. When you’ve spent over £1,000 on a product, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a much better level of customer service, especially when the glasses have broken after such a short period of time.
It honestly feels like they’re quick enough to take your money, but when something goes wrong, everything becomes slow and difficult. The returns/refund policies and the way issues are handled have left me extremely frustrated.
I genuinely didn’t want to write a negative review, but for the amount of money I paid, I expected a much higher standard of product and customer service. Very disappointing experience

I understand that the team were liasing with Cartier concerning the warranty with your product hence the wait. Cartier have however arranged a replacement to be sent out after you contacted us on the 20th September . Now that we have your photographic proof for warranty we will be able to replace and send out the new set today.

I was nervous ordering glasses online
I was nervous ordering glasses online, but being able get the frames I wanted for such a competitive price and excellent lenses for a small addition was too tempting.
The glasses are fantastic and Pretavoir expedited them quickly because I was going away. Their customer service is excellent with personal responses from the appropriate team. I did have an issue adjusting to my new prescription and they answered all my queries quickly, I have nothing but praise for my whole experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I cant recommend Pretavoir more. I have used them a few times now for prescription sunglasses and most recently glasses. Martin M in Glasgow has been so helpful as tbink time i needed to make the jump to varifocals but was sceptical - best decision! Thank you for all your help

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses before going on holiday and paid for next day delivery with DPD. The glasses were dispatched on time but DPD let me down with the delivery which was delayed.
I emailed Pretavoir as I was concerned that the glasses would be sat on my doorstep for two weeks. Their customer service was exceptional, Jennie requested that the glasses were returned to sender and they held on to them until my return. Once back they dispatched them again and they were delivered the following day.
I am so pleased with the glasses and very impressed with the customer service I received which was excellent. I highly recommend Pretavoir and will definitely purchase glasses from them again.
