I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses before going on holiday and paid for next day delivery with DPD. The glasses were dispatched on time but DPD let me down with the delivery which was delayed.
I emailed Pretavoir as I was concerned that the glasses would be sat on my doorstep for two weeks. Their customer service was exceptional, Jennie requested that the glasses were returned to sender and they held on to them until my return. Once back they dispatched them again and they were delivered the following day.
I am so pleased with the glasses and very impressed with the customer service I received which was excellent. I highly recommend Pretavoir and will definitely purchase glasses from them again.

Bought then ignored…
I’ve used Pretavoir for my glasses since my first prescription in 2018, and will usually recommend them to everyone I speak to. However on this occasion I’m so disappointed. I purchased the more expensive lenses and they arrived extremely green/yellow tinted, making the world feel darker and skewing colours significantly. As a huge part if my job is digital design, this posed a problem. I reached out to them over a week ago to ask if this was normal and seek help and was passed to the prescription team. I’ve heard nothing since. I sent a follow up email a week later, which 4 days on from I’ve still not heard anything. It’s such a shame because they’ve been great for years until this point, and now it feels like I’m being ignored with a genuine concern about my prescription/lenses when they claim to be there for you and want to make sure they’re right. Not sure if I’d give them another chance after this.

The quality of the re-lens is awesome! I always do the 1.74 for the thinnest lens and Pretavoir does the best lens that I know of. Thanks thanks! This time, the delivery took a little longer than expected but understood that happened because you were moving the warehouse locations.
