I received some trousers from Pretty…
I received some trousers from Pretty Lavish which unfortunately ripped when trying them on. I emailed Pretty Lavish about this and was gotten back to quickly and efficiently and a refund was given. I have used this brand many times in the past and never had issues so I am glad it was dealt with in this manner and I can continue to shop with Pretty Lavish :)

Disappointed
I returned a dress but I had failed to understand that the code they sent me to return the parcel was to donate to the Salvation Army. I never knew this and by the time customer service team worked it out it was to late to get the parcel back. I asked to go 50/50 on the £65 donated but was refused by them. Very disappointed. Will not be buying from them again.

The donation portal is located on a separate section of our website and you will need to visit our returns page to use the return portal. As we have not received your order we were unable to process your return for a refund.

10/10 customer service. I had bought my bridesmaid dresses from pretty lavish but one of my bridesmaids needed a different size and unfortunately the dress was no longer in stock with no plans to be restocked. Chantelle has gone above and beyond by contacting wholesalers and getting this item sent out to me. I really can’t thank her enough. Planning a wedding is stressful enough but she manage to save the day and I am really grateful for that. Very quick response, very friendly and the dresses are lovely quality and perfect. I will always be recommending pretty lavish!!!

This website uses underhand advertising techniques, including a "pop under" that opens up their website in a new window. This alone would put me off ever shopping with them. If they can't be trusted in one way, they can't be trusted in any.

Ordered 2 dresses both faulty
Ordered 2 dresses both faulty, I returned the order and entered on their website the reason for the return. They only refunded me on part of the order (I still paid delivery and return charges) after a lot of back and forth they have finally refunded me the delivery charge but not the return postage - zipper faulty on one dress and other ripped after 1 wear....even though I'm legally entitled to a refund I'm having to fight my corner wouldn't use this company again very disappointed

Poor customer service
I ordered two items via klarna that I ended up returning. Upon initiating the return I paid the almost £4 upfront and sent the items back to pretty lavish. My klarna was updated and the two items refunded, however the almost £4 remains on my klarna to pay for the return. I have contacted pretty lavish numerous times to get this resolved and the one time they responded to me they didn't bother to understand my issue and advised that the return fee was none refundable. I've sent a number of follow up emails to advise that I'm seeking a refund of the double charge as I'm paying almost £8 to return these items but they have gone radio silent again. I will be taking this up with my bank if the charge goes through as I've pushed back the payment via klana as much as I'm able to. My experience of their customer service has been pretty poor and most likely will not order from them again as a result.
*update* they finally got in touch after I left this review, blaming an issue with emails for me not receiving their responses.
The charge is for the delivery AND return, so £8 in total, which is excessive. I will not be returning as a customer and risk getting charged £8 for nothing again.

We always aim to be clear and upfront about our policies. We advise on our website that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and delivery charges are not refunded upon return.
We offer a returns portal for our UK customers where we offer a variety of return courier options at different rates to suit individual preferences.
We apologise for the delayed email response you experienced. Unfortunately, a technical issue affected our system, which meant some customer emails were not received. This has now been resolved and we understand our customer care team have been in touch to explain the charges.
