Iv been buying from them for the longest time , I booked a holiday & ordered a large order for the holiday bits on the 3rd of august with royalty & NEXT DAY DELIVERY it said the clothes were expected the 8th
No sign of the clothes I’m leaving for my holiday the 20th they told me give untill the 24th for the clothes to arrive their no good to me at that stage & by the looks of these reviews it seems to be happening a lot from this website , and no consideration for the issue from customer service && when I’m trying to track the order it’s showing nothing which isn’t promising
I’m disgusted with PLT

My daughter just received a dress for a wedding next week. I opened it to send photos to her. It's beyond disgusting. One strap torn off. A grease stain right on front. The entire hem covered in mud. The back stained from whatever person was sitting on and various food and drink stains all over. Who is responsible for looking at these returns and sending them out to the next customer?? Beyond disgusting and l have no words for the dirty person who would return something in this state.

I’m extremely annoyed with PLT. I placed an order on 3 July. Three items. A few days ago they refunded me one item saying b they didn’t have it. Even though it was available when ordered. My items were to arrive by 11 July. I still haven’t received my order on 14 July. The tracking I was given doesn’t register. I asked for a refund as it’s clearly lost. When an item doesn’t appear on tracking it’s clearly lost. I have bed. Told I have to wait a further two weeks now before they can refund me. This is ridiculous. I’m nit sure I’d order hete again after this experience

The shipping to ireland whether it’s express is usually just three days or more which is unfortunate.

Like always look at the fabric and the model it usually is always not 100% fitting but I mean it’s cheap and affordable so you get what you pay for.

Customer Service is brilliant. I got sorted in a couple of minutes. Caitlin was super efficient and helpful.

This site has only given me half of my order and will not reply when I emailed them it’s a disgrace !!

It’s a cheap clothes site but honestly just go elsewhere. I’ve ordered on 3 occasions this yr and 2 of those I received leggings that already had ripped. The clothes material is very cheap , it won’t last long . I also contacted customer service with no reply. The Twitter doesn’t respond to dms either.

Great products and shipped quicker than other stores. Good quality clothing in true to size.

Constantly ordering from here and never had a bad experience delivery is fast the customer service is amazing and the clothes are to die for the quality is superb. Only place I order from love it.

I bought 2 dresses. One was completely the wrong one and the other was nothing like the picture. The pattern was even different. The quality of both is a joke. I had to buy these urgently for a wedding but I will never ever purchase from this shop again. I feel ashamed that I contributed to the fast fashion industry and fell for their marketing. The invoice wasn't included in the packages either so it's going to waste even more of my time trying to return them.

Customer advisor Shaunna was very helpful over WhatsApp regarding delivery. Even offered me a refund on delivery charge as a gesture of good will.

Customer advisor Beth was very helpful over WhatsApp regarding a missing item. Item is being sent out straight away with next day delivery and service was very professional.

I have always shopped with this company for the last few years, have usually found there service great. I have recently gotten good news “the all clear” results. I had a night planned to celebrate and wanted to look my best. I had just been let down by another company so I decided it’s best to stick with what u know and I ordered one item (a dress) early Wednesday from PLT, it was due to arrive Friday never showed up I emailed & WhatsApped ur team after not being able to reach the courier just to be quoted “allow until 18th of September” really disappointing response I paid for next day delivery. I’m only 1 customer out of thousands to ur company & I’m sure it doesn’t reflect on every experience but it has sort of ruined my day, enough that I felt I needed to share.

Received a faulty item. Contacted the team to ask for a replacement asap Umar asked my query and actioned it straight away and re ordered the item for me.

Excellent service with quick results to sort out my issue. Thank you Chloe for all your help and support.

Joke,have a 50 euro voucher on my account and it won't let me use ,now am out of pocket because they took 58 euro from my bank account!!!! Absolute waste of time..the site and route to contact are absolutely useless

There was an issue with my return and Beth got in touch to resolve my problem quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how she handled it.

Only had great service from this company….. received my order which was missing a item from a set. I contacted customer services and immediately this was picked up and resolved in no time by a very helpful lady called Beth. Thanks again Beth.

I’m a guy who adores leggings. They are so comfortable and sexy. I bought three pairs of seamless (great for a guys physique) leggings in size small. I used wear medium, but I love lots of compression from my leggings. They arrived within a few days and I am delighted with them. Really tight on me but with plenty of stretch, so they are like a second skin on me.

All three are a great length, and this is a bonus as I have bought many expensive leggings from well recognised brands that are a few centimetres short for my liking. So I’m a very happy boy with three new lovely leggings to add to my growing collection of these amazing items of clothing. Leggings are just so comfortable, you girls can’t have all the fun!

I see a lot of bad reviews about PLT, but my first experience has been great. I noticed that the grey leggings had a defect on the back seam, and there was a run in the fabric. I contacted support and they are sending a new pair out straight away. So very happy with that too. I’ll be back for more. Some panties will be nice! So very happy boy!
