If this is for the ladies clothing shop pretty little thing (PLT).
Such a cheap and horrible material on clothing. It is not just the style of clothing that makes it look good but quality does matter. The models look nice with the clothes so it makes you want to purchase but I had to return it every time. It is as if the clothes are made from non-clothing materials and a lot of plastic. Avoid.

Colours of clothes are completely way off girls don’t buy the steel blue wide leg joggers the colour on the website looks like a bright blue in person they are an awful dull unappealing blue also not tall leg length at all (were up to my ankles looked ridiculous) disappointed is an understatement...wish I could include pictures! Obviously I know the description says ‘steel’ blue but the photos on website are more of a sky blue, and much more of an appealing colour! This isn’t the first time this has happened where I’ve ordered something and the colours way off!

I had an issue with my package and they took care of it right away. The team is amazing especially Zyg who took care of everything...really good customer service.

First time I've used PLT and let down with delivery (Royal Mail) contacted PLT via WhatsApp and got an immediate response and an offer to re-send my order at no further cost - thank you Aliesha & Earum 👍

This is the last time I am ordering from PLL and I am telling my friends about it too. I live abroad and I am waiting for my parcel to be delivered for over 17 days now. This is the third time they’re doing this to me! First they take your money and then it’s impossible to get in touch with them! Please tell me exactly where my package is or give me my money back!!!

Would give zero stars if I could... Poor quality clothes..similar quality to market stall clothes.. I returned a parcel.. Tracking showed it had been received back... Took them over a month to refund my money.. Worse customer service I've ever experienced from anywhere.. Avoid

Second time ordering here and definitely won't be getting another chance from me. Item was just cheaply made, but i was willing to look beyond that given the price. Then i put it on and a hole was in show at the seam down the side. The cuffs hadn't been finished accurately and the edgings weren't finished to 100% standards.

Excellent customer service ,used the WhatsApp to get advice and refund, an amazing support system

Absolutely awful! I send 4 clothes back because any off it was not like on the picture. I did send a proof that the PrettyLiittleThing received the items back straightaway. I send Receipt and even pictures (Screenshots)that show they received it. The material was so bad ,cheap and smell really awful. It was crinkle and treads coming out. The quality is very poor and not true size at all. I couldn’t fit it.
I didn’t get refund or respond! Thank God for PayPal . It takes kinda long but they were able to do it.
I will recommend to enemy not friends!!!

Criminal operation. There are several scam companies with the "pretty little" preface operating out of the same IP address in Toronto. No surprise that the glowing review here is fake and came from the same IP. They will steal as much as they can from you. Beware!!!

Lack of help from customer support and lack of products on website... not happy.

size guide is definitely flawed. quality check needs to be improved tremendously. Half of the items I received are faulty and of poor quality. Customer service is terrible, they just send customer in circles. I paid for express shipping and on top of all that now I have to pay to return my items even if the store was the reason for the return with their faulty clothes.

I am appalled at how I've been treated. I paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days to get it! This isn't the first time either. Everyone I speak to in customer service have been abrupt and no use atall and do nothing to help. You just get told its on its way! I asked for a refund on my account for delivery costs and got fobbed off once again. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

I had the fastest most genuine and caring experience with Caitlin R. I had not received my order, informed her on the issue and she looked into it right away. She saw that my order was never delivered and refunded my money back immediately. She was was steadfast and kind with her services and made me feel like an important customer. Thank you Caitlin R. You're the best! 😊

I ordered loads of clothes for my girls going away there are both size 8 and when the clothes came I had to send all the clothes back as there where like a size 4 I ordered jeans in a size 12 and they where like a 8 wasn't happy at all and I ordered white jogging bottoms which came with dots of red paint all over then, I won't be ordering again

I bought 2 face coverings , absolute tat and expensive and delivery cost expensive, the loops are too thick the mask only just cover nose and mouth, please people dont buy there tat

I have paid for next day delivery for a year and it has been the biggest waste of money because i don't think i have ever received a parcel next day. There is always some sort of issue regardless of where it is delivered to (i have tried work, home, parents, friends, in the hopes it was just the hermes in our area but its almost as if my name is listed and they do it purposefully). I cannot contact them either they only have automated services to contact which of course is no help.
