Ordered myself a box of bath bombs after looking for somewhere other than Lush and wow I was so impressed! The price is so reasonable at £15 for a box of 5 bath bombs. They smell amazing, strong but not over powering, and the moulds are so impressive (I got the Toy Story inspired box). So pleased and happy to support a lovely small family business.

The best must amazing smelling bath bombs ever, I would 100% recommend. They look amazing and delivered in a box just beautifully.

they had a delay just due to popularity but kept me updated. the communication is great. the Mario box was for my (33 year old) boyfriend's birthday and he absolutely loved it! along with a "sauvage" and "creed" which he found amazing. ordered the "pokemon" box this time and it comes soon yay

I love pretty suds and im a regular customer, they always have stuff that doesnt irritate my skin, and it all smells amazing. The shower souffles and perfumes are great

This business has such a personal touch, I ordered some bath bombs for myself as well as a Christmas gift for a family member. Chloe reached out to me and went above to ensure this dispatched in time and even with all the delivery issues going on at the moment they arrived so quickly!
The products themselves are amazing, they all smell unreal, bright pigmented colours and such original ideas. I can highly recommend and will continue to use for myself and as gifts for friends/family.

Super company having ordered before I can say the producers are the best. They have went above and beyond this time though I ordered for my daughters for Christmas and missed the cut off for delivery due to the Royal Mail strikes paid for 2nd class but they have sent first class off their own back to make sure I receive them in time for Christmas. Very nice to deal with a company that cares.

I’ve ordered many times now from Pretty Suds and i’ve always been blown away by the quality of the products and the customer service. Especially this year, their range has been huge and just seems to get better and better! They are most definitely the best affordable bath bombs on the market - I find most dry my skin out but I’ve never found that with these. Just received my latest order from them (very promptly I might add, given the strikes and time of year!) and the products all smell amazing - especially the snow fairy bubble wand and the gingerbread man! Can’t wait to use them and would highly recommend trying their products! It’s crazy to think it’s a small family run business given the quality and variety they offer.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but my most recent experience has led me to decide to not use this company again.

I placed an order for 12 bath bombs on 15th October.after placing, the company advised they had too many orders so were temporarily shutting their store to catch up. I received my order on 27th October, and 75% (9 out of 12 bath bombs) were missing.

I contacted the company, emailed several times, and messaged on Instagram. I was told I had been contacted, and I had not. I eventually received contact from them on 21st November. I was told they had been away for 2 weeks and had some tech issues, which is why I didn’t receive a response. They advised a full replacement order was processed for me on 21st Nov.

We are now on 3rd December, and my order hasn’t even been passed to Royal Mail yet. My emails aren’t being responded to.

I have been waiting for 7 weeks, and I am still no closer to receiving my order. I have now asked for a refund instead, and hope the company will honour this.

I have been ordering from Pretty Suds for a few years shopping online. Yesterday I decided to take a drive to the shop. What a wonderful business that smells Devine. Lots of products available and it was nice to see where the magic happens. I came away with lots of goodies for presents for Christmas as my daughter swears by the products. Chloe and the team are always very responsive, and have a nice human touch to any interaction I've had with them. Whenever I've had any questions or issues, they have been very quick to sort things out and are the perfect example of 5 star customer service. The bath bombs are also 2nd to none as far as size, quality, price, etc., and blow places like Lush out of the water. We should be supporting small businesses like these guys!

Trying to support the smaller businesses with my bath bomb addiction, and my usual supplier out of nowhere stopping doing them led me to pretty suds.
I have issues with high postage charges, and generally won't spend over £3 per bath. Luckily pretty suds offer free shipping on a £30 order, and do 5 bath bombs, or 3 tubes of bath rocks for £15.
Lovely pricing! So it was a no brainer to order one of each bundle.
What I wasn't expecting at this price point was to be able to choose from the entire range, nor that they would turn up in the most luxurious, fabulous boxes! Would be fab for gifting, and as they are for me, feel like a real treat.
The bath bomb and rocks I have tried so far smell phenomenal, have just the right amount of colouring, and with the addition of almond oil leave the skin silky smooth.
Pretty suds you have definitely acquired a new repeat customer. Couldn't be happier.

Me, my boyfriend and my little boys love these products. We have a bundle of the bath bombs and they are lovely. I have sensitive skin and seem to be ok with them. After the disappointing issues with Lush I was looking for alternatives and these 3 people have crafted an adorable range of stuff out of wonderful ingredients. The Alchemist and The Siren are my favourite ones so far. I wish them all the best. They will be having my regular custom from no on 😁👍🏻

These bath bombs are amazing , i can say i havent received a bad one, my favourite changes everytime i get a delivery , the smell is soooo nice . I have and will recommend my family and friends to this company love love love them 💕

Whilst there was a delay for items ordered over Christmas, I understand this was more to do with Royal Mail than Pretty Suds. Customer service was top notch.

I haven’t used the bombs myself but my wife seems happy with them :)

I have ordered from the company several times over the past 9 months, and I also receive a monthly subscription box from them too. My orders have always arrived in perfect condition and their products are unique and of excellent quality.

Deliveries do take a long time - the company uses Royal Mail as its delivery service. I have noticed an increase in time taken to receive my orders over the past couple of months.

Customer service has always been good when I have contacted them. As others have said, it can take a few days to get a response but I have always found them to be helpful and polite.

I recently bought 3 of the white hygge bath bombs and 2 of the dark cloud bath bombs. 4 were meant to be Christmas presents and I kept one of the Hygge bombs for myself. Unfortunately having now used the one for myself, I will no longer be giving the others as presents. I use a lot of bath bombs but these were a real disappointment in comparison. They had absolutely no scent whatsoever, made the water a pale murky green colour and the famous rainbow colour advertised in the photos of the bath bomb lasted all of 10 seconds. I would not want to give these as presents as they are really disappointing. Its a shame as I was really excited about them, but unfortunately on this occasion they just didn't deliver :(
