The day before receiving one of my two…

The day before receiving one of my two items, my order status unexpectedly switched to partially shipped. I'm still anticipating the arrival of the second item and feel quite taken advantage of. I won't be shopping with Prezzybox in the future.

Disappointing quality

I purchased the microwaveable bagpuss for a gift. It arrived quicker than I expected. Unfortunately I don’t feel I can give it to the person as it does not look like bagpuss apart from the colour, the eyes, nose and mouth are too far up on the face the material feels extremely cheap. Fortunately it’s free to return items back to Prezzybox for a refund and it was very easy to set the return up. The customer service is very good, Martha and Kate responded to my complaint quickly.
