Positive experience of communication
Positive experience of communication, delivery and quality of clothing. It would be great if they offered and exchange on new items later on (I tend to buy a few items to qualify for free postage but then sometimes when the season is right the clothing is actually a little small). Otherwise the cardigans wash well as do the pleated dressed and skirts and look like new with a good iron!

I found the website easy to use the uniform is of excellent quality the fit is well tailored and my grandson found his uniform comfortable, a great importance for a 12yr old . As an older person I sometimes find online shopping daunting but this was easy and well presented

I’m just not a fan of this company
I’m just not a fan of this company.
We have to use them or else we cannot get hold of a uniform, overpriced for what it is.
They are not overly forth coming in Providing schools with all various sizes of their uniform for students to try before purchasing. ( I am a member on the school board. )
Their size charts are not very precise and if you have to send an item back, it’s at your expense, then you have to re- purchase the item, to then wait for a refund. This I find extremely poor in today’s society when everything is so instant, why can they not do a simple exchange?
Then to have to spend over £75 for free delivery - or wait till there’s enough of an order to receive free delivery to the school (which can take up to 3 months)
We as a family are extremely fortunate that we can afford this, but my heart genuinely goes out to the person who is struggling - or who cannot afford to do this.

I am very sorry to read your review and of your dissatisfaction. I respectfully suspect you're writing a review for the wrong supplier. There are a few points I'd like to make....
Firstly we offer schools a free sizing set so pupils can try on for size before ordering.
Secondly, we offer FREE Returns, enabling parents/carers to order several sizes if they're unsure of what size to order.
Thirdly, with regards to FREE delivery to school, we deliver twice a month irrespective of how many parents have requested it or the value of order.
Our threshold for free delivery is £65 which is less than a lot of our competitors.
I appreciate your comment regarding size charts but we do provide a video as well to try to make it easier.
If there is anything we can do to help further, please get in touch with the school and ask them to contact their Account Manager, who will be delighted to clear up any misunderstanding and/or supply sample garments if they don't already have them.
