After weeks of waiting for delivery I have still not received my order. Order seems to have got lost and school can not locate order, even though you have told me that school have received it. Therefore I am out of pocket and have had to reorder item from a different place.

I have spoken to my customer service department and in retrospect they should have simply replaced your order straight away. Good quality, uniform that lasts well
Uniform is of decent quality and lasts well enough to allow it to be passed on down. Delivery is quick and have had no issues with getting all items required (even before ether start of the school year).

I find this company a bit overpriced
I find this company a bit overpriced. Unfortunately I had to buy some school logo items, otherwise I would not buy from here.
Once I ordered some items and 15 minutes later I realized I had forgotten something so emailed them straight away with the response being it was too late!!! Even though they originally said it will take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Oh well.....The postage is just way too much too.
The only good thing was the quick delivery.

Unfortunately we process the paperwork for the orders early in the morning and once done they can't be changed. We simply can't find an individual order in the 1,000's in the system. I suspect your email will have been read after this has taken place. I believe you will have chosen delivery to school for it to take 4 weeks and to receive FREE delivery. We have benchmarked our delivery charge and it is actually very competitive especially when compared to other schoolwear supliers. As far as prices are concerned, we appreciate we are not the cheapest but hope we offer great value for money. Many thanks for giving us your feedback which I take note of.
