Much improved!
After initially having some teething problems getting my account set up, I am pleased to say that the process now seems a lot smoother and I have invested in a couple of companies with ease - hopefully now the app issues are getting sorted this should be a great platform to check for new offers in the future.
New company with big potential
Easy to use and the marketing side of it is very clever.

Wonderful experience with PrimaryBid!
Great customer service. I spoke to a charming man in the customer service team, Charlie, who helped me along the process of signing up. I have already subscribed to a few deals and it’s a wonderful new app to have on my phone! Can’t wait to see what deal comes next!
I can't even find the Offers page on…
I can't even find the Offers page on the wnesite, which is surely the whole point of the service!

Joke of a service
Joke of a service. Failed to process BOTB placing, pending in account but issues with authorising payment (even though I did it on my banking app). Cant apply for KIST even though I can go all the way through to authorising with my bank, their app freezes and won’t then process the request. Customer service I pre authorise with my bank so it doesn’t ask for authorisation at the time I.e please can you bypass security that’s put in place for a good reason as our IT systems are shocking. Come on primary bid it’s, in my opinion, not good enough!

Impossible to subscribe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a joke this app is. Every time I try to subscribe I have to verify my bank payment and when I'm returned to the app I have to start again!! It's like being a hamster on a wheel that never stops... so please get this sorted out. This app has to be the most amateurish I've ever had the misfortune to use...

Rubbish Customer Service
I bought TRR shares on 19 March. Shares should have been allocated on 24 March. It's now 3 April and still no sign of my shares. Had to enter my share dealing account number twice because their system kept overwriting it with rubbish. Any attempt to contact customer services (using either email or www . primarybid . com / contact, disappears into a black hole). No phone number anywhere.
Update (following reply below):
Thank you for the reply below, Isobel. Is Trustpilot now your default communication with your customers?
The Admission date was 24 March, as I said above, which is over 2 weeks ago. No broker takes 2 weeks to settle. They have had nothing from you. The problem is at your end. Maybe it's time to actually reply to one of my numerous emails or pick up the phone and call me.

A great idea but there are problems…
A great idea but there are problems finding the offers (which is the whole purpose of the site) and then they have issues getting the banking connections. they need to upgrade their site.

Systems and customer service are…
Systems and customer service are rubbish.
Incorrect broker details were amended twice and still showed the wrong account number upon allocation of ipo shares.
Spoke to two (Stephanie) customer support agents who are equally as slow as their faulty data systems.
Stay clear.

SUPR share purchase - superb
I bid on SUPR shares just purchasing the minimum. I got my full allocation even though the listing was oversubscribed. They were able to increase the size of the additional listing by 50% in the end. The shares cleared into my broker account within two days. This appears to be a superb piece of Fintech actually helping broaden access to public markets, especially rights issues and IPOs. Additionally this was an excellent way to buy good value shares with no charges to the consumer/buyer. This is an excellent way to purchase shares at no initial brokerage cost.
Excellent - Everything Worked First Time for Me
Signed up - easy. First Open Offer trade for SUPR -easy. Transfer shares to Trading Account day after admission - no issues. Worked fine on Windows 10/Edge, no spam calls after signing up. No problems with bank transfers for payment.
App did not work.
App did not forward my application (twice), it crashed with an "opps, something went wrong...". I completed a form request for contact by phone, then a second request then a third. No attempt to contact me...

your data is not safe
After signing up on this website, it only took 2 days so I get spam calls and voicemails telling me my national insurance number is at risk.

Great Idea, but…
Great Idea Primary Bid and I hope it works for you and your clients.
But I have had a great deal of difficulty contacting you, missed out on the Cellular IPO and when I finally got to speak to someone they blamed my bank for the issue (the bank said it was Primary Bids issue etc.) then when finally getting through to someone they basically said the bank was wrong... anyway it was too late for the IPO by then and now Primary Bid have altered their website and removed contact phone numbers so it is impossible to speak with a human and they can only be contacted by email - what ever happened to the word service...?
Oh yes; I also agree with a previous comment "the website is useless on Windows 10/Microsoft Edge" and just about gets by on Chrome but previous pages seem to have vanished on a website slimdown.
As in individual I have managed to finally have a purchased accepted for the Supermarket REIT open offer, so awaiting shares - if it all works with the transfer to my broker, then great idea Primary Bid but please review your website plus up your service standards (Hint: allow human interaction again) and you're well on your way to another gold start!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
In to weeks waiting for shares allocated in February. Will never ever partake again. Avoid like the plague would be my advise based on my experience

Got shares allocated in recent Cellular…
Got shares allocated in recent Cellular Goods IPO. It took nearly two weeks to get my shares transferred to my broker, but I am happy to confirm that was almost entirely my fault, the problem arising from incorrect info provided to Primary Bid about my recent change of broker. So whilst in common with other customers (writing on Trust pilot) I found the relatively slow responses to e-mails initially, and some difficulty in getting through by phone, a little unnerving, they did sort out the problem, and I now feel very confident in continuing to use them. On one occasion I found my self speaking with Kieran De Silva, one of the co-founders and found him extremely approachable, helpful and determined to ensure my situation was successfully resolved.
