I've tried other brands that don't even come close and it made me realize just how much this company values their products and customers. They listen, they improve. The only problem I have is how much I've had to wait for them restock their thca vapes. However, I appreciate how fast they ship them out when they do have them.

The taste and quality are solid. I am using these to give up THC though and a 2gram thc cartridge for the same price lasts me 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.... these last like 4 days... that makes them about twice as expensive as THC ones I used too get. So three stars because that seems a little expensive

Their website is user friendly. I found exactly what I needed quickly. I like that they are transparent with their products. I have not needed to contact their customer service because everything was great.
