Prime choice the place where shoppers become customers
I found prime choice about one month ago. I must say that I'm truly satisfied about a lot of things. Firstly, their knowledgeable and friendly staff. Free shipping. And it's really free. And awesome pricing. I've thus far made two purchases through prime choice. Even though I live in oshawa and the company is located in Ottawa I got my parts delivered straight to my front door in two days. Fantastic just fantastic.

My confidence has been restored.
I've ordered a few times from Prime Choice and had good service. The order before the most recent one however had me questioning whether or not I'd continue ordering though because not only did the order take longer than expected to arrive, my emails to customer service regarding the issue were never responded to. I had two issues, my parts were available as a bundle and although I asked the agent on the phone about it, I did not get the bundle price....other issue was that the order took a couple days longer than it should have to arrive. Part that really bothered me was being ignored. Anyhow, I ordered again in spite of the last order. This order left me wondering what would happen because I didn't receive an email that the order had been shipped like I have in the past. In the end, this recent order arrived when it should have so I was pleased with that. Price...very competitive as always. Thanks.
