I bought from them through amazon. Bought end links. They show a MOOG photo on amazon with two for under $30. I bought them and when they arrived they were nothing like the photo. Poor quality and NO grease fittings. They said they would give me 10% off to keep. I wanted to return, called them and they hung up on me. Amazon is pursuing them and promised to refund my money. I will never buy from these guys again. I wonder what MOOG thinks of their using MOOGs picture and selling knock off junk.

I bought front wheel bearings from them and they shipped me the wrong ones. I reordered the correct parts and set these aside. I had a seniors moment and forgot about them . Now I'm told file closed they're yours. I get zero contact. I have bought .many times over the last couple of years and had no need to experience this type of customer service. I bought thro ugh Amazon and get no help there either. Won't even let me post my beef. This will be my main topic of discussion with whoever I can over the next 20 years.

I ordered a set of 2 Front Strut & 2 Rear Shock Assemblies fits Chevy GMC Silverado/Sierra (2010 Silverado LT crew cab). Installed in September 2018. While doing an oil change recently I noticed the bushings on the lower part of front struts were pushing out causing the sleeve in which they belong in to make contact with lower control arm. (metal on metal). Also the bushing being only in use for 3 months show quite a lot of cracking and wear. I thought the GM factory struts (made in CHINA) were junk. These prime choice struts are the worst I've ever used. Buy a better brand, What a crock.

I HAVE BEEN DEALING PRIME CHOICE FOR YEARS AND NOW THAT THE NAME HAS CHANGED THE QUALITY AND SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH PRIME CHOICE UP UNTIL NOW ON A PART THAT I PAID FOR WITH A LIFE TIME WARRANTY (THAT ONLY HAS A 6 MONTH WARRANTY). IF I GIVE YOU A PRICE FOR A PART SAY ABOUT $45.55 WITH A 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND THAN OFFER YOU THE NEXT PRICE OF $56.62 FOR THE SAME PART WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY WHAT WILL YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE? I MAYBE A WOMAN BUT I AM FAR FROM STUPID OR DUMB WHEN IT COMES TO CARS AND REPLACING PARTS. I PAID THE HIGHER PRICE FOR A BETTER WARRANTY. HUMMM, THE PART WAS PLACED ON MY VEHICLE ABOUT A MONTH AFTER PURCHASED DATE IN 2017 JANUARY AND THE YEAR IN THE SPRING I HEAR THIS STRANGE NOISE IN MY FRONT END. I CONTACT THEM FOR A REPLACEMENT AND HEAR "YOU HAVE A 6 MONTH WARRANTY" I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THAT $HIT. NOW, IT'S WE HAVE A NEW SYSTEM PUT IN AROUND DECEMBER; NOT MY PROBLEM. TIME FOR ME TO MOVE ON, FROM PRIME CHOICE/ AUTO SHACK. IF THIS WAS TWO YEARS AGO I WOULD INFORM EVERYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM NOT TODAY I WONT. BYE.

If I could give zero I would! This place is a nightmare to deal with. Their site is janky as all get out. You'll end up with the wrong part and then have to fight with getting hung up on and yelling for 7 hours to get your money back. Thanks to their "return policy" they want a restock fee and you to pay to ship back when even they admit its wrong on the website and its not your fault. I spoke to 7 different "supervisors" before I got someone who was at least guilty sounding for the fact that it was ridiculous and finally ended up just giving me the money back. This is absolutely a fly by night business. Insane.

Order rotors and pads from them and they sent wrong ones. They do not pay for return shipping. To make matters worse, they only wanted to refund me less than half of what I paid for them. Contacted eBay and they fixed the problem for cost of parts, that was cool. Cost me more to ship them back than I paid for them. Ripoff artists. Buyer beware use your local parts store first

WORST PARTS COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH, AND I RUN AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP AND HAVE WORKED IN THIS INDUSTRY FOR OVER 20 YEARS. IF I HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY IS I WARN ANYONE THAT CHOOSES TO USE THIS COMPANY, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PARTS!!!!!!!

Ordered and received Rotors and brake pads for 2005 Dakota. Installed all, fitted all in. Right from beginning wobbling when braking. Brought to my mechanic, he checked it all out, found my Prime Choice rotors had closed to 6 Thou wobble in them. Up to 1.5 is kind of accepted. Put new rotors from "certified" in, same Prime pads, beautiful!!!!! Not a mm of wobbling when braking. Bad, bad Prime Choice!!!!! Cost me now by far more than if I would had bought my parts locally, even at CanTire..... No more Prime for me. Peter

I ordered a set of complete Struttek front struts for my wife Civic in April .
They arrived quite quickly, so we took her car to a Journeyman mechanic, who was going to install them on the weekend (my wife needed her car for work on Monday). After he installed the passenger side, he opened the other box for the driver's side and it was not a Struttek strut, just a "Made in China" cheapo. He called me and said they were so different that the handling characteristics would be dangerous. By measuring he could tell that one front wheel would make contact with the floor of his garage, while the other was still in the air. He had to remove them and put in the old ones. And yes I had to pay labour both ways.
I contacted Prime Choice a.k.a. Autoshack and they said to return them. The replacement they sent was the same mis-match ! It is now September and I still have not gotten any satisfaction after numerous phone calls. They wanted photos, so I sent them twice 30 photos. I have spoken or emailed 7 staff so far and getting nowhere. Time to talk to the owner, Gary Calagoure and maybe he can do something. Happy wife?

I ordered a part they sent wrong part. They said they would refund still no refund.

Holy Cow. I ordered a radiator from this company. The shipped promptly, and when I had removed the old radiator and comparing the two it was clear that the new one would not fit and would not work. This forced me to urgently visit a local parts store (Oreilly's) and get the replacement radiator for nearly three times the price that I could have online choosing a different vendor than Autoshack / Prime Choice Auto Parts. I read their return policy and requested a return. They responded asking for some information They wanted the details of the car I wanted to insall the radiator in, why I was returning it, and then pictures of the part with "the stamp with the part number." The first two detail sets were provided in my original email. I gave the information, looked over the radiator and there was no "stamp" but took pictures anyway, sent all this, and their response was to admit that the wrong radiator was sent. My original inquiry regarding a return was submitted by email on May 19, 2018. Today it is July 21, 2018, and I still do not have a shipping label, even though I have sent several emails, given them time to process before reinquiring, complied with their ridiculous requests that are not part of their own return policy (really? send you pictures??) AND received their own admission of error. Despite this, I can not return the radiator yet, and they still have not refunded my money. I would suggest to anyone to completely avoid this source of autoparts as unreliable, unhelpful, and unresponsive. WHO keeps these clowns in business???

I buy a lot of my parts from them. You do learn which parts not to buy and what you should but. I had a hub bearing go out after 5 months I was given a full refund. I have never had a bad experience with prime choice auto parts now autoshack.com. peyote complaining of bad experience were probable ignorant in one way or another or were expecting unrealistic expectations. Yeah they are cheap some posts are better then others buy I can tell you I trust them and I repair people vehicles with parts from prime choice. Don't be afraid to buy from them honestly

I wish I had read the reviews before doing business. I found their parts listed on Amazon and ordered them by make and model of my car. They sent the wrong parts. I was told twice that I would get a full refund after returning the parts with a prepaid shipping label that they would furnish. After two attempts to get them to provide a prepaid shipping label, I was finally given an address to send the parts to AT MY EXPENSE so they could so they could give me a refund less a 15% restocking fee... FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! NEVER...NEVER...NEVER... will I ever do business with them again!

I ordered two orders at one time. One order they shipped wrong side of my car. The other order did not fit my car. I called and made a dispute about the parts they would not refund the part that was for the wrong side of my car. They stated I made a wrong pic. The wrong pic for the side of my car would have cost me $45 to send back to company because they would not send me a prepaid label to ship it back to them because they stated I picked the wrong side for the parts that I bought. The other parts that I bought that did not fit my car they did send me a shipping label to ship it back which was supposed to be refunded this is how they make their money they refunded my money but they charge me for the shipping label $45 so instead of receiving $120 I only received $80. This is a rip-off company don't get scammed they send wrong parts to get extra money out of you and have you send it back and they don't refund your correct amount of money it'll be better off shopping at an auto parts store close by because at the end of the day you aren't really saving anything if you deal with Prime Choice you will LOSE YOUR PATIENCE TIME AND MONEY CHEAPER IS DEFINITELY NOT BETTER IN THIS CASE. THEN THEY TOOK AN ENTIRE WEEK TO SEND BACK MY REFUND THAT THEY DIDNT COMPLETELY REFUND IT WAS A PARTIAL REFUND DONT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET THE EXPERIENCE

This place doesn't even deserve to have a rate. I swear if you even go for an interview I promise you, your life will be horrible. Their products suck, yeah cheap prices, but after you have had them in your vehicle for a year you will have to spend more money because again their products SUCK! Find somewhere else to work, they promise you things that will never happen! They say $15 an hour, but they will give you $14. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY! When you work overtime, they have no appreciation. 70 hours a week for 3 weeks and they just end up firing you. Don't bother wasting your time because they will just replace you. The supervisors ignore you when you have questions and when you ask for a raise, they don't give you an actual explanation. They name actually is true Auto shack, more like AUTO CRAP!

order parts on the 9th of may received by the 11th . They are the wrong parts dont fit on my car not even the same as on the picture in there site . I called them told them they told me that that was the only ones for that vehicle and that i should return them for refund . That was done on the 13th of may . I called them last week they told me they received them and were processing the return info . We are now the 29 of may still no news no refund done terrible service will not order there again . I am a mechanic of 29 years the photo on the site was the right shocks and yet i didnt receive the right ones the number on the shock and the box are the same as on the site dont buy here anymore ... i am calling my credit card company and making a complaint if enough people do ,the credit companies may be able to help....

The best parts company I have ever dealt with, their prices beat everyone else's. The parts actually work better. I ordered a girl pump it arrived broken, I took pics of the fuel pump and within 1 day I had a new one. That was over 5 years ago. I recommend this company to everyone.

I ordered a set of lower control arms for an '07 HHR. The bushing inserts were 5 mm too long and would not fit. My attempts to contact Prime to return the parts have been unanswered, both email and phone. I complained to Amazon.com with no results. So I contacted by bank and put a hold on the credit card, maybe that will get their attention!
The only good thing I have to say is that delivery was fast, which makes no difference if the part is wrong.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased.
Bought a set of mirrors for my truck and have spent the last 6 months being conservative on that time line, to have them say ordered incorrectly and no exchange.
Funny I provided them with all info needed to get the correct ones and was only told that the aftermarket ones don’t fold, that was fine.
Lights don’t work on the bottom of them and the right mirror looks like you are in a carnival fun house of mirrors.
I would definitely avoid them. Nothing less than 1star unfortunately.
