The absolute worst parts company I have ever dealt with. They shipped me the wrong rotors because apparently they are too dumb to know the difference between front and rear rotors. Then they asked me to ship them back... I did and added tracking.They received the parts on 3/30/2018..... I emailed them inquiring about my refund and was just informed this morning that they are about to start the refund process and it will take another 3-5 days!!! Are you serious? You have had the parts back for 10 days and you are just now about to start fixing your mistake?For anyone reading this.... Choose a different company. They don't know their Butt from a hole in the wall when it comes to auto parts and they act as if they are doing you a favor to give your money back. If you actually want to finish a job.... Pick another company.

Terrible about returns and refunds, Product descriptions are poor and incomplete. I had to call multiple times in order to return a pair of struts and multiple times after they had the struts back to get my money refunded. I will never do business with them again and would recommend avoiding if at all possible

I called and asked for refund on part. I was told to reject part and I'd be given credit in 7-10 days accidently ordered.over 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on refund. In fact after at least 4 calls and numerous emails. being promised 3-5 business days again I've waited 8 days and no refund. First time I called about not recieving the refund customer service couldn't even find my order . I had total charged. Date charged, shipping tracking number and order number. VERY VERY DISAPOINTED IN HOW SLOWLY THEY REFUND

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CALLED PRIME CHOICE AUTO PARTS.
GOT SOME STRUTS AND HUB BEARINGS FROM THESE GUYS..

CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT, THEY ASKED ME TO SEND SOME PICTURES WHICH I DID, SENT THEM SEVERAL EMAILS AFTER THAT AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE...
WITH PARTS LIKE HUB BEARING, IF YOU DON,T GET GOOD QUALITY PARTS YOU ARE RISKING YOUR LIFE.

Parts are the lowest grade. I purchase a 14 piece suspension kit - 6 months ago. The entire suspension is cheaply made and is not any where close to durable. Ironically, the suspension set I ordered off their site is no longer listed on their site. This company has refuses to stand behind their product. Go to your local auto parts store or choose a reputable online company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

we just got off the phone with an EXTREMELY RUDE guy at your company. Refused to do ANYTHING to help us with the issue we have getting our order from you. NEVER even bothered to ask for any information from us to look it up. When we asked for a manager, we were put on hold & then told they are now closed and hung up on.

Way to treat a US Soilder! I will NEVER give our business to your company and make sure everyone knows to stay clear!

Ordered brake rotors and brakes for my Infiniti G 35. They sent the wrong items. Now they want me to return and pay for shipping and a 25% restocking fee for their mistake. Ebay isn't much help.
BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are not honest or of any help.

Bad shipping service, they never gave me a tracking # at all and they never told me when I would receive my product.

I ordered a pair of front brake rotors and pads for my Mazda 3 (2008) and they arrived promptly. Had I posted my review at that time it would have been 5 stars. By the time I got my mechanic to install them we found they did not fit and were the wrong part number. The manager (Daniel A.) of the Stittsville (Ontario) store assured me, in a serious tone, that there was no way to return or exchange them even though it was their mistake, since 30 days had passed.

I attempted to post my complaint on Yelp! but saw there were only three other reviews, but 627 reviews hidden from view and "not recommended." I found that paid advertisers on Yelp! can benefit from certain "protections" but this one is ridiculous.

Yes. Their prices are cheap, but it is apparent how they make their money by standing fast on "gotcha" customer service policies. Anyone need a pair of brand new brake rotors NOT for a Mazda 3?

Only half of my order was received. When I called the customer service agent said the other half was on it's way and he gave me a tracking order #. He said to call and track it if I didn't receive it. About 3 weeks later I still didn't have my part so I called again. This time the customer service agent said that both parts were shipped and should have been received at the same time. He also looked up the tracking number and found out that both packages were delivered the same day. Ok so what...maybe someone stole one of the 2 packages from my porch...that wouldn't make sense..why wouldn't they take both?? So then to top it off...the agent says that because it's been 21 days since delivery they can't file a shipping claim. Well that sucks because when I called the first time it had only been 12 days since the item was supposed delivered. The agent didn't say that it had already been delivered. Of course when I mentioned this the 2nd agent said that there wasn't a record of my first call which of course I have a record of on my phone. They wouldn't send the item again but wanted me to purchase it again.

My radiator showed up damaged the box was perfect condition so it was damaged before even being packed .
Countless calls and emails to customer service to no resolve.
A month later and I still do not have a return authorization.
Avoid this company at all costs total ripoff !

This place had the potential to be great. However, they are far from it. Out of the parts I ordered, one of the lower control arms were out of tolerance and had to be modified to fit. Both of the upper control arms had incorrectly installed bushings (4) which had to be re-pressed. The inner tie rod ends were missing the lock washers which were clearly identified on the order. A call to customer service and the genius on the phone kept asking if the package was damaged. Six (6) seperate times I told him there was no box damage and the parts were sealed in bags. He then tells me he is filing a claim on the shipping company. Dishonest much? Mr "customer service" then asks why can't I just get the parts locally... I will, next time! In order for me to get the missing parts, I'm required to take pictures of the boxes and the missing parts (Impossible, I know, but it shows their level of thinking), email said photos, wait for a shipping label, send back missing parts, and wait for new ones. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time or money here. There's hundreds of others where the deals are just as good.

Great quality, even better prices!

This was my second time ordering parts from prime choice, both times i never got an email confirmation, which at first i thought i got ripped off but low and behold the brake rotors i ordered were delivered within 3 days and ill use them on my next vehicle as well! I recommend these rotors as a price you cant beat.

I ordered some struts first day they broke after I hit a pot hole beware cheap Chinese made auto parts

the warranty that they have is a joke is a case of beware if price is low there is a reason buy name brand so you know what you are getting

I thought for sure a $50+ radiator for a '02 Jaguar X-Type would be a cheap piece of junk, but I was wrong. The new radiator seemed to weigh a little less than the OEM, and maybe the quality grades of plastic and aluminum are a little lower than the OEM, but neither observation was significant enough to cause me any concern. The new radiator fit perfectly. Watch all the YouTube Videos before you start. I found that using flat tin plumbing pipe hanger strap ( 3/4 inch wide, that you can buy from Lowes or HD) is best for hanging the radiator from the cross brace as you re-mount the condenser and fan assembly. Simple finger crimping of the strap around the edges of the cross brace was just enough to hold all the weight. I removed the thermostat assembly and all lower hoses to provide needed clearances. Aligning all components is a pain, but is doable without damage if you always go slow, watch and think.
