Professional auction house with super helpful and friendly team. John Morris was great in facilitating.

John and team provide excellent service when it comes to buying and selling property. I have recently bought from them and can highly recommend them. The team were considerate to my buying circumstances and timelines to settle were arranged to accommodate.

I am a first time auction seller and I officially sold my flat yesterday, before auction, at the exact price I wanted, in less than a week!
I’m in awe of how quick and simple this was, especially with how many of my family members advised against it due to it not being the traditional route.
I have to give the biggest praise to Ekoé who not only clearly explained the entire process for me but, very patiently, answered all my questions thereafter with knowledge and transparency.
I have now had an offer accepted on my very first house and it could not have gone smoother without Prime.

I sold my property with John and his team at Prime Property Auctions. My property was an old hotel being converted into a house. It was halfway through development, which made it less attractive to most buyers.

With Prime Auctions, my property was listed on all the major platforms like Rightmove, but it also had the added benefit of being auctioned. It sold in the first auction it participated in, with no issues at all.

Prime does not take a single penny until the sale is complete, unlike many other estate agents. John was superb at keeping me informed about the progress of the sale and responded to my messages extremely quickly, despite his busy schedule.

I also used MTL Solicitors (John's father's firm) to keep the process simple. David and Christine were also great to work with and clearly communicated with John daily, which made everything run smoothly.

I couldn’t recommend Prime Property enough. I would definitely use them again!

I am super happy with their services, it was a long journey to find a proper agent to sell property with tenant in situ. I received so much wrong information from various agencies but selling with Prime Property Auctions was easy and first of all, I did not loose value. I had so many opions of various agencies claiming this is so difficult and so on, but in reality it took 3 months so I do not think its a long time, with a price that completely satisfied me. I am based abroad, there was no issue with that. My letting agent even warned me against Prime Property claiming I will be ripped off, which was not ture, maybe their fees were higher but it was 100% worth it. The letting agent was discouraging me from selling it for years, claiming I can sell it at X value which was 20%less then I got from my final sale. Very happy with Prime Property and I can recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling a property with a tenant in situ.

If this is not the best auction house in the world then there are definitely in the top one ☝🏻 🥰🫶👍🏻🙏🏻✌🏻
