Prime Property & in particular Luis Guarin were absolutely fantastic, I cannot praise them, especially Luis highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

With regard to the position I was in due to the disgusting state my property was left in by a vacating tenant then an accident to myself which meant I could not renovate the property & coming to the end of my BTL mortgage, I found myself head scratching. I did get a 12 month extension from my provider but rates as we all know were going through the roof.

PPA were recommended to me therefore I went for it & from the first moment I met Luis, I was full of confidence in him which is unusual because I am naturally not an easy person to please especially so quickly. Everything Luis said he would do, done, he is a man of his word without cutting any corners. The property sold without the requirement of going to auction at a price I was happy with. Yes, the fees are a little higher but this is worth the extra several times over as the contract was as Luis said 'watertight' in the favour of the vendor with regards to their contracts of sale.

Proceed with extreme caution. I recently bought a property from John Morris, who has recently set up his own auction company having previously worked for Future Property Auctions. Do your own research. The flat we bought has a cornucopia of problems. There were many issues that were purposefully hidden from view, the online virtual tour was deceptive. It turns out that the seller is an old mate of his from University, and the seller's solicitor was his own father. Not illegal, but very much "keeping it in the family". Prime Property Auctions do not show past auction results on their website, and have no track record of trustworthy sales to happy buyers. If you are a first-time buyer, or looking to invest your life savings a property, I would not recommend this company.
