Hi, I can just say ordering the fireplace hearth was a breeze the hearth came on a pallet brilliantly packed and as you would expect not a mark on it and measured exactly as I ordered it.
I would definitely recommend primethorpepaving.

We ordered black limestone coping stones for the walls of our raised borders and we were not disappointed. The coping stones match our patio which is also black limestone. The finished project looks great.

Excellent communication, very reasonably priced with quick delivery. Not one breakage when unpacked. I would definitely recommend, Primethorpe Paving to anyone thinking of ordering 900mm X 600mm porcelain slabs.

Imo, poor description and pictures of the product.
They state thats the cuts will be precise, but the marble hearth came with a vast amount of small chips, that can only be achieved from a poor quality diamond blade, or cutting it too fast through the blade.
They dont provide pictures on there website of the actual product you are getting, they expect the average person to understand what a square sawn cut edge to be!!

It should be well documented using pictures what your actually getting. Not just show pictures of polished black granite pieces.

Customer service said after I complained that the chips and very sharp edges was in there eyes acceptable!

I have no hesitation recommending this credible and professional local business. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely come back next time.

Easy ordering, good pruces & choice and (as far as I was concerned) really fast delivery. Slabs were well crated and the delivery company very helpful.

Happily gave advice on using the products,everything in stock, ordered online and they helped me load.

Brilliant company. My order came on time and was exactly what I expected no surprises. They worked with me for a specific delivery date and the materials are spot on, highly recommend!

I found Primethorpe Paving after searching the Internet for a long time. The products looked of good quality and nice styles with competitive prices.
I ordered my tiles and they were shipped to me in no time. Unfortunately a box of tiles were broken on delivery. I contacted the company and they were more than happy to resolve the issue. I was sent the replacement tiles straight away.
I couldn't be more happy with the tiles and their outstanding customer after care.
I would highly recommend having a look at the Primethorpe Paving for good quality tiles and great prices.

Easy ordering experience, great product

Nice enough product but when some of the coping stones arrived chipped the company refused to send replacements citing the guidance on customers ordering 10% more for breakages. Sending a couple of extra stones out wasn’t cost effective. No discount or refund offered. Disappointing.

Overall somewhat disappointing, Delivery and price good but the pedantic approach to an issue with one slab which had broken in transit left a bit of a bitter taste with no empathy shown to the customer and an approach although polite of 'rules is rules'

I'd had a look at a variety of patios before choosing Primethorpe Paving as the place to purchase it from. And I made the decision because I called up and the person was so helpful on the phone when I was describing what I wanted, that I felt safe in their hands. It was that usual thing of not knowing what questions to ask, yet they asked me if I'd thought about this and that so that I could make an informed decision.

After making my order, I received an email telling me what to expect and what I was expected to do as my role.

The patio arrived much quicker than I expected and is currently being laid as part of a garden makeover. love it!

Really lovely product at great prices. We chose to collect and got all the right information well ahead of time. Collection on the day was easy and the team were friendly and helpful.

We bought 55sqm of Indian sandstone which was competitively priced and good quality service was very good although I did think the delivery quote was extremely high so elected to collect with our trailer in two loads. There was a friendly forklift driver to assist. Definitely recommend
