Seeing the ship inside for the first time, Fabulous! My sister and I had a wonderful time. Shane and Martin on the Princess Majestic on 14th August were so friendly and helped us have a most enjoyable time. An amazing experience which we will never forget.

Brilliant cruise! Highly recommend

I recently went on a princess cruise with my husband. We purchased the premier beverage package (all inclusive), on our return I found we had been charged an additional £40 approximately for an additional food and drink package. This happened on a previous cruise we took and we had difficulty getting this previous charge refunded and are finding the same problem with this charge. Customer service are less than helpful. Our reference for this cruise was DX6R4P.

It’s not fancy but overall we always have a great time. Good food, great staff and not silly prices. Wouldn’t have a problem sailing with Princess in the future, but do prefer their newer ships, 2019 and up.
I wish they could jiggle up the itinerary’s though, they are quite samely. EG other companies visit different Caribbean islands, Princess just has the same set routes.

We had a week on The Coral Princess sailing from Vancouver to Alaska and it was the most incredible holiday. The level of customer service was exemplary from embarkation onwards. We couldn't have been happier with our week. In particular, the theatre shows and musical entertainment were brilliant, the food incredible and the whole crew so welcoming. This was our second cruise (first with Princess) and I highly recommend them.

Our first cruise with Princess Cruises and very satisfied with our experience.Amazing organisation of the whole cruise-from embarking to disembarking.We were on Emerald Princess from Vancouver to Alaska cruise.We didn’t have any issues at all and very impressed with the hardworking but smiling staff who provided great service on board.Also Princess Medalion is such a special invention making everything so easy during our holiday.Good quality food and great entertainment for everyone’s taste

We cruised to Alaska for 2 weeks on the Grand Princess in August 2026. We had a great experience on the ship the food was fantastic, the entertainment was amazing and the crew, staff and entertainers were brilliant. The ship and cabins were very well maintained and the overall experience was exceptional. I give this ship and staff and crew 5 stars. Thanks for a great time.

First time cruiser. Loved the boat, the facilities, the entertainment, the fantastic food and drink, the cleanliness, as well as the excellent customer service from the helpful and obliging staff on my Sky Princess Eclipse Cruise.
Any holiday is what you make it. If you don't want the excursions they offer there are always other local options which you can source yourself.

Absolutely amazing cruise for our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything perfect. Staterooms clean and comfy. Food wide variety and not like school canteen buffet. Restaurants ambience fantastic. Service desk helpful. Ports to die for. Variety of shops. All staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment so professional. 5***** all the way. Pressies for our anniversary. Pressies when my husbands mum passed away whilst on the cruise. Would defo travel with them again x

Just returned from the Enchanted princess. The staff onboard were amazing from the captain to the cleaners, They all appeared happy to be there, nothing was too much trouble. the choice of foods is less than pre-covid but good quality and plentiful. The ship is clean and modern. The app worked brilliantly. Roll on December for my next Princess cruise.

Went on the diamond Princess cruise from Tokyo and surrounding pets including Busan skorea. A fantastic cruise, great staff, great food, great entertainment nightly and a beautiful stateroom. We went 28 th July for 7 nights. Could not praise it enough. The staff on deck 5 and 14 were very attentive.

We have just returned from 14 nights on Sky Princess 8th August -22nd August. One of the best cruises we have travelled on.
Have two more cruises booked with Princess in 2027 and can't wait.

I had a cruise booked for April 28 - May 10 to Ireland. It was cancelled and I was not contacted by the cruise line or my travel agent Tracy Young AKA Tracy travel. As of right now I have not been refunded the amount I paid for the cruise. This is unacceptable that I have not been refunded six months after the sail date. It is also unacceptable that neither of them let me know it was cancelled!! I found out when I went to book excursions and could no longer find my cruise.

We had no problem with booking issues, but many services and entertainment were very disappointing on the Saphire Princess 26 night cruise. Dining room times did not align easily with the Shows, so always a lot of pre planning. Dining room was never as enjoyable as other cruise lines, service was slow at times and towards end of dining, if you were some of last diners ,you had to contend with staff setting up new cutlery noisily , making it unpleasant in a sophisticated dining venue. It is time the Head of dining services was retired as , way past his use by date.He wanders round the dining room seeking platitudes every night from diners. We dined one day with a gentleman who was on his 14th cruise with Princess and he said , he wouldn’t be sailing with Princess again.
If you were on deck 14 during the day, the sound system was inaudible when the Captain was making a message, but no effort was made to repair it ,when advised.
Music entertainment was limited with one boring entertainer always given a prime slot and the most popular singer/guitarist, not given a larger lounge to perform. Staff were excellent, no complaints at all.
One main grizzle, Wine prices were exorbitant with the 20 % tax on top of US $ charges. It made us purchase duty free wine and beer at visiting ports.
Suffice it to say, this will be our one and only Princess cruise.

Apart from a very poor experience in Sabatani restaurant, we had a great time, our first with princess, but won’t be our last I am sure of that.
Need to enhance the menus to cater for Gluten Intolerant guests so that they feel included in the dining experience rather than feeling isolated and having to manipulate existing dishes to be able to eat. But that said the quality of the meals were generally okay. Staterooms were fantastic and both cabin and balcony were clean and comfortable.
Would recommend the Alaskan cruise from Seattle.

We have just returned from an other excellent Princess Cruise I cannot fault them, the food was great with plenty of choice, the staff were pleasant and helpfull and nothing was too much trouble.
We have already booked an other cruise with Princess we have enjoyed it so much.
