Ordered 2014 year planners, from initial setup to placing the order and delivery, everything was perfect, all the staff were very helpful, the design templates made it very easy to choose the style i liked, the cost was well within budget and we received delivery within 2 days of the order placement, the quality and finish is 1st class, I'll be placing all future orders here for sure.

Cant believe the quick turn around. Postman knocking at my door before we had had our breakfast.

We have used The Printing House before but it was the first time I had placed an order with them.
I was sent a quote plus details of the order for my records.
There was a delay in getting them printed because the email asking me to proof read went into my Spam box, so this was my fault not The Printing House.

I was informed when the order was ready to collect .
Everybody I communicated with was very friendly and helpful.

Many thanks for printing the Christmas Cards for our self catering holiday home business. They were easy to order, came in just 2 working days and were the quality I was looking for - much better than the slightly cheaper cards we purchased from elsewhere last year.

It was a good experience. Everything happened on time and as we were told it would, which was essential as the job was time critical. The finished product was quality as well and was lapped up by our customers. We will be using you again. Only small flaw was both the quote and the 1st proof getting caught in our spam filters, which has never happened before. Perhaps sticking to sending these as common file types such as pdf could help here.

I ordered bookmarks and posters from Print Buying Direct. The image upload and ordering service was quite simple to use and I was stunned how quickly they arrived.
