Printemps did not honour Sale purchase!?

I ordered a pair of Thom Browne shorts in the Sale. Paid for it. Next day received an email saying "My order cannot be dispatched and the order has been cancelled.

I contacted them again, asking for more details. Didn't here anything back. Pure customer disrespect and bad attitude.

I frequently shop at 24s with much better customer experience.

I went on their site today. The shorts have doubled in price to over £600.

By law I purchased in good faith and the transaction was completed. Therefore, they should honour my purchase.

Still have not heard from them. Trying to contact them by phone is mission Impossible.

So, so disappointed and upset!

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I am still waiting for a refund for an order that I did a few weeks ago with amount over 400€! Order number 1986719. Please issue my refund as soon as possible. On the website it says that they already received the return, but still no refund to my bank account. With all the other bad reviews here it makes sense now. Even customer service takes forever to respond by e-mail. I tried to call them many times but no response either. Never again.

Edit: Right after I sent this message here I got a response and now everything is fine. I adjusted my review to 3 stars. Thanks

Delivery was great but the return link…

Delivery was great but the return link hasn't worked, it also states on the email that you can return within 21 days whereas the rest of the website states 30 days. I have an expensive pair of boots to return from the UK and emailed on November 29th but haven't heard anything back yet, bit frustrating as want to buy a larger pair as was advertised as a UK 3.5 but in actual fact it is a UK 3. My order number is 8134582. Hopefully, I eventually get a return link...

No order confirmation, no purchased item, but charging my bank Account

I did an order (dr Martens Bottines V Jadon II en cuir vegan 37 and dr Martens Sandales Blaire en cuir Noir 36) on 24th november 2023 on the german website of printemps. After entering my adress and completing the payment by giro transfer (my bank account has been charged with the price 175€, the Reference Number 483328580228026) . Until today I didn't receive neither an order confirmation nor my order. I Wrote Emails to the costumer service twice and asked for an order confirmation or a refund of my payment but I didn't get an answer. I tried with messenger and phonecalls and I didn’t get an answer either. I'm considering taking legal action.

What you say in your comment isn’t true. I have received an email, where you said that I have to wait 5 days to receive the Reimbursement. If I Company tells me that I will have my money back in 5 days, I don't have to reply. More than 5 days have already passt an I don’t have my money back.

Didn't get my Order

Didn't get my Order, can't login my Account to check the Status. In the Order it said about 27.11.
Nobody is answering my 3 Mails, i tried to get in Contact via Facebook, no Answer. Very bad Customercare. My Ordernumber is 5483331 maybe I get an answer over here.

Did not fulfil order and have not refunded me

I placed an order with them. Almost two weeks went by and nothing had been shipped. Then I receive an email saying they cannot fulfill the order and they will refund me in full. But they only refunded me half of the total price for some reason! On top of that, when I go online I can see that the item is still in full stock. Atrocious customer service.

Don't expect any level of customer…

Don't expect any level of customer service from this company! They ignore all attempts to contact them, yet find the time to delete any comments on their profile page that dare to question the lack of customer service they offer. My order is now 3 days late and the tracking is terrible, yet they don't respond to any queries at all.

No order confirmation, no purchased item, but charging my bank account

I placed an order (AEYDE boots "BELINDA", brown, size 41) on 7th of november 2023 on the german website of printemps. After entering my adress and completing the payment by giro transfer (my bank account has been charged with the price 172,50 € and the shipping costs 10 €; the bank reference is: "WG3KQQ7B3HP3J4C2 Printemps GLOPAL") the purchase process did not proceed any more. Until today I didn't receive neither an order confirmation nor my order. I contacted the costumer service twice and asked for an order confirmation or a refund of my payment but I didn't get an answer. I'm considering taking legal action.

UPDATE 22.11.2023: The costumer service contacted me via e-mail and initiated the refund of my payment within hours.

Unable to create the returning label

I CANNOT receive the return label in any way, and my attempts to engage with customer service have been futile. The channels of communication appear to be NON-RESPONSIVE, leaving me without any support. This situation is highly unsatisfactory and has led to a deeply frustrating experience.

Positive experience with purchase and return

I would like to bring my positive experience buying on this website after seeing so many negative reviews. I bought a pair of shoes, the delivery was very fast. The shoes were small so I had to return them. I had indeed problems creating the return label, tried to contact the customer service but had no answer from them. But I found out that connecting through the French website, and not the Italian one (from where I had made the purchase), I was able to create the label without any problems. I sent it back and the day it was delivered I have been credited the money back. I give 4 stars because I didn't have any feedback from the client service. It is also not true that the returns are always free as stated in the website, they are free for French customers but they debit 15 eur for other customers

They failed to deliver my order in May... it is now November and I am still yet to get a refund/replacement for their mistake. Do not be naïve, the negative reviews on this website are 100% true. They are fraudulent. What I initially bought for my parent's birthday has now turned into endless frustration and depression. Shame on Printemps. My worst online shopping experience EVER! They have simply just ignored my emails regarding sorting out this delivery issue. Borderline criminals orchestrating daylight robberies! Words just can't get my point across. I've already contacted Action Fraud and will not stop until I get reimbursed or do everything in my power to leave a permanent and greatly deserved unethical stain on this company. Court proceedings will be next.

UPDATE: Printemps claim "that a reply was made by email on the 28/06/2023 for the order N°9113747." All this email stated was that there were "no reservations had been made upon the delivery of [my] packages". This is actually quite funny as I was practically forced by you guys to change my delivery address to my mother's house in order for my order to go through (match billing address). Every time I tried to order to my home address, the order would not go through - check your records. Or I can send all the proof if you desire. I have already followed up on this through email explaining to you that my mother's not really up to scratch with e-commerce but the fact that you want to pin ALL of YOUR errors onto an elderly lady is beyond me! Just shows your class and how low and scummy you guys are as a company. Again, I advise everybody to seriously consider buying from this online store. Use me as an example, after months of me emailing them and showing their wrongdoings BACKED UP with evidence, they still fail to offer me any sort of apology, let alone a replacement or reimbursement. I have received some legal advise and they have detailed to me that this is a clear case of a breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any other victims on here, feel free to contact me. What they are doing is not ethical at all and should be put to an end.

Truly terrible customer service

Truly terrible customer service. I placed an order - 1485034 on 14th October, which was eventually declared as “lost” by Amazon Shipping and I was encouraged to contact Printemps. I was requested by Printemps to send the evidence of the loss via an alternate file format, following this there has been a complete lack of contact despite several emails from myself. The Printemps U.K. customer service number claims that “all of their agents are busy” but this is nonsense, clearly that number is no longer in use as I have called dozens of times over the past few weeks. I would discourage anyone based in the U.K. from purchasing from Printemps, it is not worth the stress and frustration should something go wrong. I only hope that someone from Printemps sees this and contacts me in order to close the case.

Extremely bad e-commerce

Extremely bad e-commerce.
They cancelled my order.
When I reordered the cancelled order, one of the tee shirt price increased by 30 euros.
I filed several complaints to have the initial price but didn’t have any return. No respect whatsoever.
What a shame!
They don’t care about the customer….better stop this business as it sucks.
