still no refund
after weeks and weeks of ignoring any attempts i made to contact this company for refund i was left with no decision but to review this poor company on here. my review was met with a promise of a refund, and the reply was on the 5th august with a promise is of a refund in 2-3 business days. So once again we are 3 weeks on from this promise and still nothing.
How can this be allowed.

Awful IT and CS
I have shopped on the UK version of Printems.com for several years. It used to be OK(like 3 stars ok), but it has gone from average to just bad.
First, there's a huge problem of language display. It would keep redirecting you to the French ones even though you have selected UK as the country. Second, the CS has gone from bad to worse. Before, you could actually call the phone line and get to talk to some condescending French CS people, but now it's just the online form, which take ages to get the response. Don't even try to contact them via social media to coz they will never reply.
Now, down to my most recent experiences. As many reviewers have complained here, quite many orders have been cancelled and that happened to me as well. I think back in early August 2023, the system had been down for SEVERAL DAYS(yes, this bad!) and they priced a lot of items wrongly, such as a pair of Off-white shoes for just £4, a Dunhill wallet to be £10😆, which appeared to be an obvious IT error. I believed many had seen and taken advantage of this and tried placing orders, same as myself. I don't mind cancellation as I had the feeling it's just a glitch too, but it took ages to get the refund, just ridiculous long! And the refunds were made in several transactions and it's rather time-consuming to double check.

Sinking ship - am I being scammed?
I've placed 3 orders earlier this month that were dispatched in multiple shipments. Half of the shipments have been cancelled without any valid reason, and when I ask why so, nobody's answering.
The other half have been marked as shipped but 15 days later, the carrier doesn't seem to have any update from Printemps and none of my articles have been delivered, yet guess what? My money has been collected.
Reaching out to their Customer Service is a nightmare, feels like everyone took their time off this summer at the same time.
I thought I was ordering from a renowned premium shopper, but all I'm getting is an Alibaba type of experience.
I strongly encourage anyone to avoid purchasing from their company, they are other department stores worth my money and my time.
If someone from the Printemps team reviews this and offers his/her help, I might reconsider purchasing at their stores, but chances look very slim.
Edit: looks like I'm not the only one who have felt scammed by them recently. Beware.

What the heck is going on at this company?! I have made a few orders on August 5 & 6, it is now August 22nd, all my packages have been said to be shipped but awaiting carrier pickup. I have tried to get in touch with the Company but can't hear from anyone. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Can I please get the items shipped asap?

Just catastrophic. Utterly catastrophic.
There was a pricing glitch on their website and I took advantage. I went totally mad for the crazy prices. I figured that they'd cancel the order and refund my money or - and holy cow this would have been amazing - actually sent some items! I was fully prepared for cancellations and wasn't bothered about it. Cancelled order = refund, right? Wrong.
They're refunding £38 out of a £133 purchase. The order has been cancelled but they're keeping my money? This is theft. Surely, this is theft.
Communication has been poor all along. I've gotten an apology along the way, but it doesn't sweeten the blow of a stolen £95.
Of course, I haven't even received the £38, so we'll see. Looks like I'll have to do a chargeback with the bank.
I've contacted their customer service. Hopefully they can make it right - and fast.
Edit: I received that £38 refund last night, 11 days after my order. Where is the rest? Customer Services haven't responded.
Edit: 14 days, no response, no refunds. Absolutely criminal.
Edit: A response! It had absolutely nothing to do with my query.

They were very kind and sympathetic and tried hard to understand us, including looking for an assistant who spoke English, and did not stop until we found it. the worst company to deal with
the worst company to deal with. very difficult return service, since no return docs included, the link they provided for the doc was not working, only a month later they ve sent my return docs. My order no. 3018341 was returned and received by the company on the 9th of August and still not even an email confirmation they ve recieved it. Tracking number: 7R00350229908
I am expecting the refund ASAP.

They said it is free return, but in reality, getting back the refund takes forever.
They said it is free return and it will take 2-3 business day once they receive the parcel. However, although I returned a €900 bag and it was successfully delivered on Aug 3 according to the return tracker, they haven't issued the refund yet. They did not even reply to my email. My order number is 230202700591667251. PLEASE issue the refund ASAP.

My order was cancelled after it was marked as dispatched, and I have not received a full refund. I was only refunded £2 which i paid for over 200GBP
Additionally, I have submitted a complaint form and tried to get in touch with them, but I haven't received any response.

On 7th August I placed an order with Printemps online via their website. I paid for said order & received email confirmation that the order had went through. On August 8th I received an email to say my order had been dispatched along with a link to track it. All was well-- or so I thought.
On August 8th, after Printemps had sent me a dispatch email with tracking link, they sent me another email to say, with no reason given, that my order had been cancelled. They added that I would not be charged. However, I already had been charged with the funds taken from my bank account! I have quoted their email below:
"Hello Barry,
Thank you for your order no. 6487088 on Printemps.com.
Unfortunately, an issue occurred while preparing your order. Therefore, we regret to inform you that your order cannot be dispatched. Please accept our sincere apologies.
We have cancelled this order, and you will not be charged."
I have replied to this via email as well as contacting them via their website. I am now waiting on a reply.
Funds were taken from my account on August 8th to pay for the order 6487088 which Printemps validated via email notification. They had even sent me the tracking link for the order which they claimed was dispatched. And now, out of the blue, they inform me to tell me my order has been cancelled without giving any reason why. They further claim I will not be charged despite already being charged.
This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had in my life. I gave Printemps my custom and received a shoddy service in return.
I now wait for my refund if indeed it has even been processed. If not, I shall have to pursue it via my bank and their fraud department to obtain my legal money.
To any potential customers, please consider very carefully before purchasing with Printemps. As myself and countless others have relayed, their quality of service can be extremely poor for many.
*UPDATE:*
On August 9th I received my refund into my bank account and also received an email reply to one of my emails (the one done via their website contact form section) whereby they explained why, from their vantage, the issue occurred.
I have no trust to ever shop with this company again -- and despite taking my order, taking my funds for the order and sending me (three) dispatch emails with tracking links for my order, they just cancelled out of the blue after the commercial contract had been fulfilled (i.e. I paid the legal amounts they set on their website).

I read the bad reviews and was sceptical to loose 100 EUR. But everything was 100% fine. I bought a stylish Adidas X Yamamoto Y3 tote bag, which usually is at more than 300 EUR. Printemps had it for as low as 100 EUR plus shipping. It was carefully packed in a stable box and came impeccably new with its original dustbag. Thanks a lot from a satified customer from Germany!
Wanted to write something positive
Due to seeing a lot of bad reviews, due to me having a good experience I wanted to add.
I wanted the Marc Jacobs rhinestone bag forever but just could not justify the price tag until printemps had it on an amazing sale I was sceptical cause I did read reviews first but glad I just purchased it as it came 10 days later and I am in love thank you! My bargain of the year so far!

I ordered 3 products with the estimated delivery date of 18.07.23. One arrived, which was to small so I returned and requested a replacement They received this on 23.07.2023, however still marked as not received by Printemps.
The other two items which were on the same order have still not left France and it says cannot find order when click on the tracking. These are not the first issues I have had with the organisation not responding to any form of communication

Update, they finally dispatched my order on 28.07.2023, 10 days after placing the order.
In addition the shorts I requested a return for, have been refunded and I emailed them, and they actually responded for the first time ever after more attempts than I can recall. They advised that I need to put an alert on to notify me when they are back in stock, however they are I stock!! So if I want the product I will have to pay £12 delivery 😡

Terrible return experience with…
Terrible return experience with Printemps. I ordered a necklace on sale and returned it the day that it arrived right away (4th of July). They received my return on the 7th and they haven't refunded me since then. After sending numerous E-mails asking for my refund, they haven't answered one. The chat agents have also been not helpful at all. I really don't recommend this website and this company in general after this terrible experience.

I am trying to send back my order but the link I am supposed to use to create a return label just simply doesn’t work. A lot of their links in their email communications are broken too… I am shocked by such low standards in customer management for such an institution.

Shameful behavior
Shameful behavior from this company I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I had an issue with my delivery and contacted their support who initially seemed helpful but then completely stopped communicating and ignoring all my emails. I have now payed for a high end designer item and not received it. Its been over 3 weeks and now I can no longer even get a reply from them.

Shocking service
Hello, after reading several of the poor reviews below I was very concerned about my delivery. What a nightmare, they said they delivered when they didn’t (even had an incorrect photo of proof), no customer service and now there is a “delivery delay error” on the tracking page which has not changed since last Thursday. Please confirm where the goods are and reimburse me straight away for this awful service.

Im living in Germany and waiting for my order for 3 weeks. Delivery company has no updates where my parcel is and looks pretty dodgy (plus on the website Printemps mentioned completly other delivery service).
For a high price segment store its outrageous!
No normal customer support: super slow and their replies are just jokes.
