Unprofessional and incapable
Almost two days ago I ordered a very expensive perfume (order number 7100382).
The 10% discount code they sent me for signing up for their newsletter was: invalid.
The order confirmation they promised in the order process: never arrived.
When I wrote to customer support asking for an order confirmation: no reaction within far more than 24 hours.
Looks like all the negative reviews on here are true. I wonder what the next „surprise“ will be.
Really bad customer experience so far.

Never again
Never again. Ordered two times and both orders did not arrive. They refund me the money for the first one because the package did not shipped for two weeks. I ordered again because i thought this can happen. Now the order is still in france at the carrier since more than two weeks and I do not get any correct answer from the team. It is horrible! Do not order.

The worst online store I've ever come across
this worst service I have ever encountered. Bought some pants at the beginning of june. To this day (Jun, 22) I have not received any pants. However, they have debited money from my credit card account. I have sent around 10 mails to the customer center - nothing happend. A guy in the live chat (Arthur) told me, that he cannot help. I called in the police today.
Don't buy anything in this miserable store!

I am furious I ordered something for my son over 3 weeks ago. On the day of delivery I got a notification from evri to say they could not deliver and would be re arranged 10 days later the tracking still has not changed and I still don't have my order.. I escalated to printemps customer service they told me to wait 10 days I waited called back and said you'll need to wait a further 10 days for this to get back to their warehouse we are nearly a month down the line I've asked to cancel my order and refund. It seems like they are doing everything they can to not refund me I will keep trying the whole experience has put me off buying online. The last agent I spoke to was nice and did try to help but until I am refunded for the order they're all as bad as each other. Order 5540017

Where is my bag…useless customer service!
I ordered a Chloe bag (8108020) for my holiday & was told via email it would arrive by 16th May, it has not arrived and neither has the delivery carrier details changed. I have emailed and contacted printemps but had NO response. This is a lot of money and if I do not receive bag by Tuesday 23rd May, I will be asking for full refund as bag no longer required. Not a professional service provided.

I made a huge order of £2600 from this website on and ofcourse I did not know the courier is Evri. They have dumped my parcel outside my door which is clearly unsafe and is a communal area. On top of this i received an update from that day from Evri that it was there was a delay and it will be delivered next working day. Consequently when I got home my parcel was nowhere to be found. I have made a phone call to report this issue on April 3. I have sent a non declaration form with my id and details as requested and they informed me that the investigation will take a maximum of 15 days. Now it is almsot 20 days I have not received any updates. I phoned again today and game them my information to follow up my claim and the lady on the phone told me that she cannot locate or identify my order number or information? I am at a loss of words. I will have to claw my money back from paypal.

They cancelled my order and charged me anyway
My order was cancelled from their side due to some logistics issues.
I was confirmed on email about the cancellation and I was informed that I won't be charged for the order.
In fact, my account was charged for the cancelled order. I emailed their customer service 3 times. They did not reply to any of my emails. I definitely won't buy from Printemps again.

I ordered a bag from Printemps in January, I was told the order was delayed and they opened an inquiry with the courier. Since then I have heard nothing, despite sending two follow up emails. I have also been told I cannot be refunded until I have received and returned my package.

Positive Experience :)
I was scared to order on this site because of the negative reviews, however I saw recent positive ones and that the company were replying to reviews so I gave it a try and I had a great experience! The items I wanted were from a french company and way cheaper to buy on this site than other UK ones. I got my package very promptly with no import duties despite coming from France. Also it was neatly packaged with free stickers which were a nice touch. Just wanted to make a point to add a positive review since don't usually leave reviews. Thanks Printemps!

Wonderful experience and team at Armani Beauty Printemps
I had a wonderful experience at Armani Beauty in Printemps. Carol and her team are incredibly skilled but also fantastic advisers; I appreciated that they took the time to understand what I needed and what really was right for me. The first time I just randomly stopped to buy a lipstick and went out with 4 products Carol recommended me, two of which became essentials for me. So now I feel confident to always stop by whenever I need something new for makeup. Sometimes they are very busy and can't really give the time and attention they would like but they are always helpful and authentic.

Good experience
I made 2 separate clothing purchases from Printemps and the experience has been a good one. The items arrived in about a week. Unfortunately, one of the items didn’t fit and I had to return it. I had to call Customer Services regarding a return label, they answered very quickly and were very helpful. The return and refund took about 2 weeks.

Great service, absolutely zero issues with UK delivery!
Extremely pleased with my purchase, ordered a fairly expensive coat (which they had a great deal on!) was apprehensive at first but very glad I went ahead with my order. Arrived within a week of my order and also very nicely packaged. Won’t hesitate to use again!

Stone Island Coat
After an initial email to confirm despatch, everything went smoothly and the item was received on the 8th day after order was placed.
Communication from Printemps was good and tracking info was accurate too.
No additional duty charges or issues with customs and as the item was over £900.00 I was very happy not to have an another unexpected cost on top.
All in all I had a very good experience with Printemps and would purchase from them again.

Wasn't sure after reading these other reviews, but had a great experience!
Ordered a necklace to the UK on a Friday and it came exactly 7 days later. I was worried about customs, because with shipping my item was £1 over the threshold - but Printemps said on their website no extra duties would be applied, which was correct, I didn't have to pay anything extra.
Would definitely order again!

Bad service ever!
Bad service ever, bought a candle via personal shopper but item arrived badly damaged because without proper packaging to secure the fragile item. Sent in email and no one get back from either printemps department and diptyque printemps!

Dont buy from these people I was sent a pair of Acne jeans with a manufacturing flaw and when I asked to return them was told it was my fault for wearing them! I didnt buy them just to look at!
I know that they were worn but I didnt see the flaw to start with and it is clearly a manufacturing fault and I sent pictures to prove this fact.
Took days and days to even reply and then they were patronising and unhelpful.
Will certainly not buy from this so called luxury retailer again!
