Unreliable and Incompetent

I ordered a personalised jigsaw puzzle and paid extra for 5–7 day express delivery. The item never arrived within that timeframe, so I contacted customer service to change the address to my friend's address. They apologised for the delay and claimed they were unable to locate my friend's address (door number, street name and post code provided) — I actually had to send a screenshot of Google Street View to explain why the address was perfectly findable. That alone tells you everything you need to know.

Rather than offer me a refund on the delivery charge I had paid for a service they failed to fulfil, they decided to send a replacement to an alternative address. That was not what I requested. I wanted a refund for the shipping fee, not an unsolicited duplicate item.

The original order eventually turned up at my friend's house over a month later. Then the replacement arrived at mine. So now there are two jigsaws in circulation and I'm still out of pocket for an express delivery that was anything but.

When I emailed to request a refund for the delivery cost, they refused, citing the fact that they had sent a replacement. Again — not what I asked for. If you cannot deliver within the timeframe a customer has paid a premium for, the logical and fair resolution is to refund that cost. Sending an extra copy of the item I already have doesn't compensate for a month-long delay.

The customer service throughout has been dismissive and unhelpful, offering solutions to problems I didn't raise while ignoring my actual request. There is absolutely no point paying for express delivery with this company — they cannot fulfil it and will not take responsibility when they don't.

I will not be ordering from Printer Pix again. Terrible, terrible service.

I created a calendar to celebrate being 70

I wanted to create a calendar to celebrate being 70 for a group of school friends. Once I was used to the process of finding, placing and re-sizing photographs , I had great fun making the calendar. It was easy to order and the calendars were delivered quickly

Just love it ❤️

Every time I order, get really really pleased. I love all of the canvases what I have from Printerpix. Even they are a good presents for birthdays or any other occasions. The recent canvas I ordered was my daughters graduation photo from nursery photoshoot. What a memory for a proud mom.

Won’t be purchasing again

The design process was easy. Placing the order was tricky as the checkout page kept crashing. I ended up paying much more for postage than I expected. The product I received wasn’t great quality. The calendar had been printed on both sides so it seems like the company is trying to cut costs.

UPDATE: The link provided in their response to my review doesn’t work.

Terrible quality prints, uncontactable for support!

*Update*:
The support form the reply from printer pix asked me to submit a ticket to is the one I already submitted a ticket to and didn't hear back.

The quality of the prints was really poor and I haven't been able to contact them for a refund.
The pictures were low resolution (despite being high resolution images from an SLR)
They were resized to fit so everyone looks squashed
There are printer streaks down every image
There are scratches in the ink on most photos
The dynamic range is awful - anything remotely shaded just looks like a murky brown mess

I tried the online form to report a quality issue but I just get errors when I try to submit.

I tried the general contact online form but got errors on submission

In the end I found a different 'create support ticket' form but got an autoreply and then nothing.

If I don't hear back soon I will just do a charge back with my card provider.

AVOID!!

An awful company

An awful company. I used them a few years back to print a calendar and my sons face was covered in a black mark, I complained and they took weeks to re-send another one with the same error!

I was hooked in again by a Groupon deal - I want the start date for my calendar to be next month, not next year. I cannot edit that and need to keep connecting with customer support. After 2 weeks of back and forth they have shown complete incompetence, I keep being told it is done and when I load it, it still starts in Jan 27.
I need to use this voucher as it's gifts for others but will never use them again and advise you do the same!
