I thought they could have told me my picture was a bit blurry before dispaching it to me. A beautiful picture on a vey thin sheet of canvas compared to the thicker density of canvas from other sites.... See more

Fantastically fast delivery after I’d placed my order!
Quality was also really good for such a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using this company again in the future!
Ordered a photo blanket in fathers day promo sale.
Material and size came as described. Very quick. Image quality came out great, in future would pay attention to the pop-up messages in the ordering process telling me to get an image with better resolution.
Jayden Ross in customer service is great!! So helpful.
Jaden Ross was prompt in helping me get my question answered and saving my printer pics
Technology failure, no personalisation applied, and a complete refusal to engage
I ordered a personalised product from Printerpix as a gift for my wife. Their platform accepted my edits, processed the order through checkout without any error or warning, and delivered a product with no personalisation applied whatsoever. This was a technology failure on their platform — not user error. When I raised this, I was met with repeated automated responses and a deflection to PayPal. When I attempted to correspond further, my emails bounced off an automated system and never reached a human. Printerpix made themselves entirely unreachable. PayPal has since closed the dispute. I have written to Printerpix management on multiple occasions with no response. Despite clear evidence that their system failed, and despite every reasonable opportunity to resolve this, Printerpix has chosen to do nothing. A refund or a correctly produced replacement was all that was required. They declined to provide either. I will not be using Printerpix again and would strongly caution others to consider an alternative supplier where things go wrong.

Thank you for contacting Printerpix.
I apologize for the inconvenience you have faced. Thank you for getting back to us, and I also appreciate you sharing your feedback via Trustpilot. Our team has seen your review and we genuinely want to put this right for you.
After carefully reviewing both photobooks, I can confirm that they have been produced to our standard quality, and we have not identified any error on our end. As such, we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement for the two books on this occasion.
That said, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 50% discount on the same two photobooks if you would like to place a new order. We hope you will consider this offer and give us the opportunity to provide you with a product you are fully happy with.
If you have any other queries, please feel free to contact me. I will be more than happy to assist you.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a framed print that cost £83.90! Not only was the wrong colour sent, it looked like I had printed it myself. The quality was terrible! I contacted the company and their response was the image was blurry I had 7 other items printed with the exact same logo sent to Printerpix, one was a larger poster, printed with other companies and NON of those were blurry or the wrong colour. The only resolution sent by Printerpix was a 70% off discount code. Why on earth would I want to spend or money or have more useless things printed with these guys? The print is an embarrassment and cannot be used! What a waste of money. I am so disappointed that I trusted this company to do a good job.

Ordered 12 wall tiles, images i sent in were of good quality, the images printed were blurred, people cut out of the pictures or heads cut off. They then offed 50% off a full re order which I declined. Why would anyone want them printed again, then they offered 75% off a re order but again I explained I would not want to pay again for them. I paid enough the first time and the quality was poor. I will not be using them again.

Would not use this company again. Website plastered with messages to say goods would be received before Father’s Day and guess what….. it didn’t arrive.
False advertisement, scammers

Processing and delivery was fast, paid for all the extras to rush my order as a memorial gift.
Only downfall was the poor packaging,
A very thin cardboard box with no fragile or delicate warnings and unfortunately my order arrived noticeably bent/kinked on one corner

Have just received this item. The jigsaw is of such spectacularly poor quality that I’m not even going to give it as a gift. It doesn’t even come in a box- where the hell do you put the pieces once you need to store them? Shocking quality, it’s bent due to the poor packaging and a flimsy envelope to ‘protect it’ in the post.
Disgusting. I’d give no stars if I could.
AVOID!!!

Ordered a photobook on Weds 17/06. I chose PrinterPix as their website stated that it would arrive in time for Fathers' Day (Sun 21/06). I even paid extra for 'expedited' shipping, to give me extra reassurance it would arrive on time. I received a confirmation email after I had paid to say they have received my order. That was three days ago and I've heard nothing, and nothing has arrived in the post. Why advertise that you can dispatch products in time for Fathers' Day when that clearly isn't the case? Pathetic service.

I love using Printerpix for my photo needs. I make photo books for my family on a regular basis. Their software is very user friendly. I had an issue with a Groupon code and Jayden Ross was extremely helpful walking me through the steps. Thank you
