Disappointed with the 3-5 day’s delivery promise as this is not the case, more like 20 days. However the canvas when it eventually arrived was lovely good quality.

Terrible customer service, after replying to a few of my emails I have now been ignored. I placed my order on the 27th August and still haven't received anything! Absolutely disgraceful and after reading all of these bad reviews I don't see how this company is still operating.

Still not received my order and no reply on my emails. Terrible company with no other way to contact them. Same as everyone else, DPD says order details received but not received parcel for delivery. UPDATE: order has turned up today!!!. It is really lovely. They really need to sort their customer service and communication, as although slow and no contact product is perfect

I ordered my product 3 weeks ago and it’s still not arrived 🥺
The company are now ignoring my emails and I can’t find a contact number.
DPD say they have never received my parcel, I’m not sure what I can do now and have lost £50+ absolutely gutted

Ordered a wood custom song plaque as a birthday present on 23rd September, 3 weeks later still haven’t received the product, no updates.

I have contacted Printingbee regarding the order a few days ago, and they’ve simply said they will contact Royal Mail as it should have arrived, but it’s not even been passed to the courier so I have no idea what good that’d do, and I’m still none the wiser as to what’s going on. Really disappointed.

Still no picture, I keep emailing them only to be told each time its on its way!!! So frustrating as it a picture of my baby boy and was a gift for my mum!!!! Will never order from them again!!

Shocking delivery, shocking customer service. Been over 2 weeks and no parcel.

Never ordering from here again. It took ages to have the product even sent. And they also made a mistake on the product.

Placed an order of £80+ on 2 diamond dust canvas. Placed this order on the 24th august 2022 with 3-5 days delivery option, It’s now 5th September and still no goods.

I’ve sent several emails and not one reply. There’s no contact number to get in-touch with the company.

I received the shipping confirmation I got this on 31st august but this hasn’t been updated and the company have told me several times that although they have received information of my parcel they are still waiting on the sender to send the parcel to them so it can be delivered!!!

I feel like I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place! This was supposed to be a gift for a 70th birthday which has now unfortunately been and gone. i will not order from this company again.

Unfortunatly i had to wait 2 weeks for a 5 day canvas, it wasnt as i exactly wanted it. Communication is awful 3 emails sent only 1 reply

Quality canvas at a good price. From ordering to delivery took just over a week. Would use again.

Ordered a personalised Spotify plaque for a present for our 1st wedding anniversary ordered on a Saturday evening and it arrived Thursday, arrived well packaged. I had great communication from printing bee, would definitely use again. many thanks

The shipping was longer than expected, said 3-5 business days but arrived in over 3 weeks.But when it came it was good quality and much bigger than expected so I'd say was near enough worth it

Love my diamond dust canvas! delivery a little but longer then expected but it is amazing thank you
