Paid over a month ago was told there was a delay then today there was a refund email sent
VERY disappointed and so is my team member I brought it for…I was willing to wait but no choice just given a refund with no reason why..bad communication and bad customer service

Shocking! Over a month wait and then randomly received a refund today with no reason as to why it was cancelled! Not good when your running a business and you’ve been waiting on the stationary! Will be messaging customer services

I placed my order on the 4th February. I still havent received it and have emailed a couple of times with no reply as yet. I would not like a refund. i would like my order please.

Selina produces hand made products at a a very high standard. Received many orders and every one has been excellent. High quality. Professional business owner. Honest and clear details on turnaround times on producing products and shipping. Customer service is superb. Whenever I've had to email customer service for an update on my order, always got a quick, polite, professional and clear reply. 100% highly recommend.

Absouetly fantastic service from ordering till delivery I ordered on web site the website was easy to order and pay I was updated from the minute I ordered till delivery and delivery was fast and delivery firm informed me all the way through to them receiving and till I got my delivery
The packaging was fabulous and I would definitely buy again fab company that looks after there customers and makes sure you get the products when said well impressed

It’s a shame I have to write this review. I ordered my very first order from this company and was looking forward to receiving this and ordering more. On arrival of the coaster and heart slate my photo was cropped. I emailed the customer service website and honestly they couldn’t be anymore unhelpful. Apparently my photos wasn’t right.. 1 why print them 2 why would a company even pack and send there work out like that when a simple message or email would of solved this. The description on the website and email response state 2 different things so will be getting further advice. First and last order for me and customer service can go along way in helping solve an issue

I ordered the free new year bag it was clearly stated it would not be sent till they were back in January but was dispatched and delivered quickly once they were back in. The free gift was lovely I had a diary, keyring, important tabs and some disc so that I could purchase the build your own planner which is a brilliant idea. I would definitely shop there again
