So our turnaround as you rightly say is 7-14 days which doesn't include shipping times your order was dispatched on Tuesday, delivery times vary between 3-10 business days depending on what area of the country you are in if you check your emails you will find a tracking number showing it definitely has been dispatched our end and dropped to the parcel shop! Love this little business!
Ordered some swing tags, chocolate coins and scratch cards for my children’s clothing business (tillyandtinyboutique if you’re interested :) ) and absolutely love the quality of the items. I also love how once the design was made up it was sent to me so I could say if it was what I wanted, which it was! Thanks again and I will definitely use this company again.
