Excellent products and service
I've purchased a few times now and have a few orders to come. I absolutely love the products, excellent quality and always packaged beautifully. I mainly purchase business stationery and myself & my customers love it all, my most recent purchase was photo slates and I was blown away with the quality xx

Great Communication, Service and Products!
Easy to navigate and order on the website, even the uploading of my pictures was a doddle. My product was delivered as per the email updates. My order was packaged really well and exceeded my expectations. It’s absolutely gorgeous, will be recommending and be a returning customer.

Honest
For some reason I thought the kids mystery bags would be all different but they were the same and, if I’m honest, not really worth the money as it was things I could have got from a discount shop. Definitely overpriced.
The business babes monthly box was ok, again, not really worth the money in my opinion.
Expensive shipping costs.
Not sure I’d order again.

I'm sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with your purchases , kids mystery bags where £6 each and just a randomly selection of left over bits from our kids arts and crafts range at least 5 items in each so £1 per item, as a small business I try my hardest to keep prices fair but I have to cover my costs and earn a profit, shipping is £5 standard everything is shipped via a courier service fully tracked and signed for ( we actually lose money on shipping after packaging and boxes, and if its over 2KG it costs more like £8-£9 so we do loose money) again I'm sorry to hear you won't be returning but thank you for supporting a small business and for your feedback to help us improve.

Fast delivery but not happy with item
Arrived a lot sooner then average turnover time mentioned on the website however, the pink in my logo didn’t come out very well and on the pens, looks non existent

Hello beccan thank you for your feedback i apologise you were not satisfied with the quality of your logo when printed, unfortunately we aren't responsible for the print quality of logos we didn't design ourselves as per our terms of service, what I would recommend for next time is speaking to your design and asking for a vector file for your logo, that way your Guranteed the best quality when printed, unfortunately anything that isn't a vector would not be great quality when shrunk or enlarged for example shrunk down for pens you would need a vector image or a PDF printable to get a clear print when resized, thank you for your feedback x

i would not use again
after waiting for 6 wks my whole order was cancelled by PMP, with no explanation and i was refunded. I was so dissapointed and certainly would not reccomend to anybody.

Hiya Linda I'm sorry here your disappointed with your experience 😞 we did send a massive email out to explain planners are delayed due moving premises and not being able to get the card stock delivery, as a small business every single order and penny that we get is really appreciated and taking the decision to refund customers is always a last resort on this occasion we felt it was unfair to your self and a few other customers who were waiting for planners to wait any longer so we took the decision to refund thank you for your feedback! X
