Good service, not quite 5 stars as very long turnaround (however this was stated upon ordering) and quality of pen and keyring weren’t the best. Rest of products (loyalty cards, scratch cards and snap & tag cards) all great.

Order ‘lost in the post’
Can’t give it no more than that as I never received my order, I had to get a refund.
But customer service was as good as it could be.
Somewhat slightly unprofessional when she slates other businesses off openly on her Facebook.
