Printware 

A very usable website to help me choose the best printer for my business needs. Arrived on time undamaged. Plugged it in & worked perfectly first time! Very fast & quiet too.

Web site was easy to navigate, Ordering was easy and I was kept informed throughout until my order arrived. - No problems

two printers purchased over two days but neither arrived on time. However, this was down to the couriers and not Printware. Will always use them as have had a great relationship with them over the years with surprisingly good customer service (generally where others fail).

Always have a great chat with my sales rep and ordering on line is easy and delivery is always next day. Great

I just got a new printhead from printware.co.uk. It works! and has resurrected our Canon Pixma (streaky) printer. very speedy delivery. great service. thoroughly recommended.

Reordered my usual batch of inks and in know time they had arrived.

Ordered the items on Saturday and asked for delivery on Tuesday. Delivered by courier and carried inside by driver on the Tuesday. Could not ask for or receive better service.
All this and very competitively priced. Thank you.

Ordered a Canon printer from Printaware on Sunday from the web site easy to do and went threw with no problems the price was very good and included free postage, DELIVERY 5 STAR they invoiced me on the Monday and stated it would be delivered on the Tuesday it arrived first thing Tuesday morning .
I will be using this company again and would recommend to others.

The Printware website gives a nice amount of detail for each printer and a straightforward running cost comparison.
Ordering was very straightforward and my printer arrived the next day! What more can i say!

I ordered on 12th. Asked for delivery not to be on 13th, as would not be in to sign. Expected it on 14th maybe. Today is 15th. Nothing yet.
So 1/ the survey is a bit too prompt! 2/ I could not track progress as I was not registered when I ordered, and though now registered, it shows no order. When I registered I had not seen the email that gives me a temporary password, so chose my own etc. Thus I may have inadvertently sidestepped the system but otherwise it is a disadvantage for the system not to be able to pick up retrospective orders. 3/ Might be an idea to offer non-signed-for delivery to cater for lower value orders that can be trusted to a neighbour.

We used to order a new cartridge as soon as we put in a replacement, but realsied this wasn't good for cash flow. Now we order when we get the message from the printer that the toner cartridge is low as we know the new one will arrive the next day - excellent service

Ordered on line and received the goods the next day

Printer was delivered next working day with free p&p. I could not find it cheaper either and I did look. I would definately buy from printware again.

I'm a micro-business with few printing needs, but Printware has met them very well. They are a pleasure to work with.
