First class service

When I saw the ad in our local paper for 50% off I thought there must be a catch but with the total saving of £35 off Amazon prices and next day delivery I was wrong. Genuine HP inks with a 2016 date, what more do you want!

Used this company several times and never been disapppointed. Deliveries are prompt and very helpful for information and nothing a bother even when returning goods

Invariably, you run out of ink at the most inopportune times, late in the day or at weekends......sod's law rules. With Printware I have found that to order is easy and service is not only reliable it is very quick....usually 24 hours and few firms, if any, can compete with that level of service.

Pleased with the colour laser, but the vendor could have stamped the guarantee.

This was my first experience of using Printware for my Lexmark ink supplies. They hit the button and performed as expected.

Very Helpful and extremely good delivery

Have used perintware twice, once to purchase printer and once for cartridges. Both times the price has been excellent and the service 1st class.

I placed my online order on a Sunday evening, it was processed on the Monday and was delivered at 9:30am on the Tuesday, all the week before Christmas. I am really chuffed, I also called to ask about the Samsung warranty and they were extremely helpful. I (hopefully) won't need to buy many printers but if I did I would definitely use them again.

when we run out of ink it its basically a nightmare, as a busy estate agency we need the ink as soon as possible and it always comes within a day or so which is great for us

Sales service is second to none. I have always had excellent service from this firm. So I was disappointed that the latest printer from them had NO UK plug mains lead!!!

Excellent fast and efficient service

Order placed at 12.42 pm Tuesday with an expected next business day delivery (having paid £3.99 + VAT). Still waiting (Friday 3.45 pm) ! Have not even received any information on when delivery is expected.
Only placed this order with you because of delivery guarantee and the fact that I purchased the printer from you. Other suppliers do not charge for delivery.
Most disappointed.

I received emails advising they had my order and that they were processing it but nothing to confirm a delivery date. I know the site states all orders are next day delivery but it's nice to have confirmation. I did receive a phone call the day after the order, after the item had been delivered it turned out, advising me that the order was due for delivery that day. They said it would arrive in two separate deliveries, so the person waiting in for me went out after two deliveries turned up. Unfortunately, the order was dispatched in three deliveries and the third one was missed. So instead of a full set of printer inks, I just had one colour delivered and a lot of hassle at the post office to collect the rest of the order (my name on the delivery ticket but I don't live at that address, so providing proof of residence was a challenge). I don't understand why they also assign an account manager to the order. A basic customer service line should be fine?

Really quick service and fab products

I bought a super Samsung printer/copier/scanner at a good price and with a 5yr warranty. They had a problem cos me changing my account name borked their system lol - but they fixed it and you kind of feel you can trust them you know?

....... oh and their print cost comparison guide is brill!

Bought a Canon LBP7780C, delivered quickly and up and running no problems. Great little machine would reccommend.

I recieved my order in good time (next working day). I am completely satisfied.
