Ordered sunstrip, as advertised matt Black and curved to windscreen, I was sent a roll of gloss black cut with a butter knife not curved and full of scratch marks as if its been through a road roller ...no email address to contact.
The colour vinyl I ordered wasn’t in stock staff were quick to offer me alternative colours or a refund after I chose different colour it arrived quickly, i then had trouble separating the vinyl graphic from its backing so I messaged them asking for advice on how to open it and they were again quick to assist me with the difficulty I was having, amazing support and quick to assist me in my purchase can’t recommend these guys enough, really happy with the product turned out great, thanks again to all the staff at print worx uk
Asked for a refund basically got swore at poor quality really unprofessional avoid !
I placed an order for a dreamscience sunstrip on 02nd July, after a couple of days I had heard nothing about the order and was unable to log into the online account so I messaged the Facebook page.
I was then told the account had been deleted due to fake accounts being created in the website (A post from PrintworxUK on FB states Russian hackers) fills you will joy!
After a few more days I sent in another message, a long time later I received a reply saying it should be made up on the Monday. Monday came and I still didn't know anything, another message sent off and the next day was told it 'should be done', ill check. Low and behold nothing was heard back.
The Sunstrip finally arrived 2 weeks and 2 days after placing the order.
The sunstrip is of poor quality and has printing lines all over it (Same issue as another review I've read) This ruins the whole product, part of the graphics also has a lot of 'Noise' too, again lessening the overall look.
How they posted this out thinking its acceptable is beyond me!
I sent a message into the FB page again but I have heard nothing back, 5 days ago.
I would return the item or chase a refund if I had any faith i'd see my money back but I dont.
Poor customer service, vague and unhelpful responses, poor product and to let a product out the door for a blatant production error really shows they have ZERO respect for the customers or have any brand pride for themselves.
I really would not suggest or recommend using Printworx UK.
Second time ordering from them, been waiting 2 months with no contact from them. Finally spoke to a rude person on their Facebook page, saying he’s too busy to find out where my order is.
I have a few mates also who have had problems with them. STAY AWAY!!!
