It was the first time I have ordered from Printzone and am quite happy so far. I was pleased to find the ink I wanted at a good price as it is not widely available. I have not used any of it yet but the ordering and delivery process was very good.

Ordering online was easy, packaged and delivered in a timely manner in good order, and cartridge quality indistinguishable from the branded units.

First class service - perfect experience, fantastic pricing. I do a ton, like a TON of research before I buy ANYTHING for the house or office. I found Printzone and they were so competitive with their pricing and post was free, their toners were way cheaper than anywhere else (genuine, I won't touch generic) so I thought, hey, give them a go. My stuff was delivered so quick which is great seeing I threw my old printer in the bin with rage seeing it ate the last piece of paper if was ever going to eat... I was done. Next minute, I kid you not, up comes the truck with the new one... I was elated. The delivery driver help me get it in the house as the dog couldn't bring this one in and away I went. It works PERFECT. I ended up doing a follow up order of toner and another paper tray and again delivered very fast and prices amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough. If they continue this way - I won't go anywhere else. It's expensive enough running a business from home let alone the consumables, so thank you for staying so competitive with your pricing guys, you are 10/10.
