I contacted Priory Automotive after a family recommendation. My email was answered promptly, and within an hour of a phone conversation, Mike had located a car that met our requirements perfectly. There was great communication throughout the process of buying the car, which arrived the following week in immaculate condition and with very helpful instructions on how to drive it. I would recommend the service to others.

I am very impressed with Priory Automotive and can't thank them enough for their excellent service. They looked after me and listened to me from start to finish and delivered a lovely car that will last me for many years of happy and safe driving.

I needed to sell my car, a new experience for me, but recently widowed I didn't need two. I was beginning to see through the marketing nonsense of a couple of online firms when I remembered I'd seen an ad in the Church Times. Mike was straightforward, clear and understanding. Once I'd sent him photos he came back quickly and offered me a very fair price. I picked Tony up from the station and he was off back to Sheffield once he'd checked the paperwork etc within 5 minutes of arriving. It was a pleasure to deal with them both.

Excellent service from all the team. All very polite and kept us up to date with delivery etc. Good to meet Tony when he delivered the car this morning.

Every good thing other reviewers have said about Priory proved to be true. from first enquiry to delivery of the car I was treated with respect, courtesy and patience by Mike and his team. he went to considerable effort to find just the right vehicle for me (I needed a car capable of towing my caravan). When it arrived the car was immaculate and has performed impeccably. It was delivered on the day promised even though two drivers had to give up their Saturday because the trains were not working. Many thanks Priory - keep up the good work.

The delivery driver, Tony, was friendly and cheerful. He patiently explained everything about the Mokka controls and even made friends with my cat. On the phone, Mike was always available, prompt and efficient.

The ongoing support from PrioryAutomotive, in our case Mike, was most welcome for the whole process of buying, delivery of our new car and collection of the old one.
The driver, in our case Tony, was very helpful in briefing us about the car and connecting the mobile to the car infotainment screen for maps and apps.

Priory Automotive sources cars of good value and includes a full service and 15 months warranty for peace of mind. On top of that, we were treated as valued customers. Mike explained the terms of the transaction very patiently. And even though there were slight delays of the delivery of the car, we were always kept up to date of what to expect.

While Priory's business model means we couldn't see the car or test drive it beforehand, the way we were treated and the inclusion of servicing, warranty and valeting service gave us a real sense of trust that we were well taken care of.

Knowing the bare minimum about cars, I found the whole idea of buying a new car very daunting. Mike made this the easiest process. I told him the kind of car I was looking for and he helped me find it. He was incredibly patient and respectful of my many questions. Tony delivered the car and spent extra time showing me how the car worked. I can't thank them enough!
