A thoroughly positive experience. Mike obviously knew his stuff and gave us good advice. The car we bought was very good value and because the car was delivered to our door it was all very easy. And of course they took our old car away as well. Buying a new car can be quite stressful but as I have already said the whole experience was positive.

Priory Automotive provided an excellent service - they found the right car for us at a good price and we're delighted with the 15 month warranty. They were highly recommended to us as entirely trustworthy and knowing this took away the stress of buying a used car. We will definitely buy from them again and will highly recommend to family and friends.

Our aged Skoda died, spectacularly, one Monday morning in February. A Colleague who has bought cars from Priory in the past contacted Mike, & the purchase of a 19 reg. Fabia was set up over the phone. It was delivered next afternoon.

Frankly impressive. Astonishingly swift, personal and amazingly helpful and clear service. When one encounters this standard of service it is worth writing about as I am doing. Have now used Priory twice and delighted on both occasions.

We have nothing but high praise for Priory Automotive. From when we first called to when they found an excellent car, it was probably only 24 hours. And the car was delivered across the country shortly thereafter! It is spotless and runs like new. Amazing service.

We can't recommend Priory highly enough! We were looking for something slightly unusual and guided by Mike we've got a fantastic car. Other dealers would probably have pressured us into buying something else more quickly, but Priory puts its clients first and seeks the very best for them even if that means waiting a month or so for the right car.

Excellent service from Mike at Priory as always. He was able to find what I wanted in less than 24 hours and the whole process was smooth and easy. The delivery driver was really friendly too. The fifth star comes because I had left my prescription sunglasses in the old car, and Mike was able to retrieve them a month later and post them back!!
