This is the third time we have bought a car from Mike at Priory. Each time the car has been excellent. I am more than satisfied with the service. I discussed with Mike the car that I was looking for. He made a few suggestions that honed my search. About an hour later he came back with a car that exceeded my expectations. The whole process works on trust and integrity. I have no hesitation in recommending Priory to others.

A different sort of service that takes a lot of the stress out of buying a car. We've bought from Mike twice and can't fault the service either time.

The first time it felt a bit odd paying someone we hadn't met for a car we hadn't seen, but we ended up with a car that was in much better condition than if we'd gone to a local dealer. We recommended Priory to friends and family after that. When it came time to replace it, we were confident in returning for our next one. The new car is great!

Mike's patient in trying to find you the car you want, so you don't have to shop around, and it's nice not having all the haggling and hard sell on finance/extras you get at other dealers. And the delivery/collection service is perfect for the covid era! The car turns up, bang on time, you swap keys, your old one goes away and that's that.

I've used Priory Automotive for more years than I care to remember and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Their service (particularly Mike's) is professional, efficient, helpful and very patient (especially given my very fussy demands!) My exact requests, specifications and desires have been met and exceeded every time.
I was so pleased they were recommended to me all those years ago and I would definitely do the same to anyone else.

Another car from Priory Motors and, whilst the service is always good, this time Mike and his colleagues excelled themselves. We knew we wanted a 4 by 4 but were not sure which one. Good advice was given. Checking was done. We decided what we wanted. All I needed to do was send an email 'Please find us this car, about this age'. No wandering round garages looking at car after car, just an email to be sent and within a couple of days a message and photo popped into my inbox. We said yes and the car was delivered. Three years old in immaculate condition; I suspect much better than I am likely to have found myself. A great system and excellent service.

I wrote an enquiry on their website one evening, and the next morning had a phone call back. Mike very thoughtfully and helpfully talked through the options and gave me good advice without being pushy. He then sent an e-mail with details of a car that seemed to suit my needs. It looked great so I proceeded. I was a bit nervous about giving my card details over the phone, but I need not have worried. Everything was processed efficiently and in a friendly manner, and then the car was delivered to my door about 10 days after the initial contact. They took away my old banger in part exchange too. Definitely would recommend them.

Mike and the team at Priory provided an exemplary service - professional and friendly. They work hard to get the best quality car they can to your specifications and price range. I shall definitely be using and recommending Priory in the future.

I must confess that, a couple of days before finalizing the purchase, I had a moment of panic. Was I doing the right thing sending off a large sum of money to someone I barely knew for a car I had never seen? I'm glad I went through with it though. The car arrived at my doorstep on the day and time promised. It was immaculate! Not a scrape, dent or repair that I could see. Despite being a three year old vehicle it felt and smelt like new. I couldn't be happier. It was missing the rear parcel shelf. But Mike immediately stepped up to the mark and sent it by courier. All I have to do now is learn what all the buttons do! I would heartily recommend Priory Motors.

I was unsure about buying a car through Priory Automotive but am very pleased that we did. We have a car with a higher spec than we had hoped for and at a lower price than others we had seen. We also have the reassurance of a guarantee. Mike and his team were brilliant, an unexpected bonus was full mot and service and 4 winter tyres at a knockdown price.
