They don't answer phone. 4 separate occasions that I have rung, I have been number 1 in queue from start but nobody answers ever.

Time wasters
Time wasters. Like a previous reviewer, I bought a well man health check via Group On for £100+. Phoned as instructed to make a booking They took all my details then said I will be called back by another team later that day to make the actual booking.
I wasn't nor the next day. I phoned again and was told the same thing. Four more days on they've not called so have cancelled. Steer clear.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Service Experience
I recently purchased a coupon on Groupon for a full health medical check and called "Pro Active Life" to make an appointment. My experience during the call was quite disappointing.
The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our conversation, which lasted about 8 minutes. She seemed uninterested in booking an appointment for me, to my surprise, abruptly disconnected the call without finalizing my appointment.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a health service provider. I hope "Pro Active Life" takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service interactions.
