I bought leather jacket from here and I surprised to see quality of it. Excellent customer service, fast delivery. Comfort and fit as described. I love to buy again.

Jacket was too big so wanted the next size down, their web site would not allow returns (kept saying there was an error) and when emailed I was just ignored. Due to my experience, I definitely would not recommend this company to my fellow bikers. If I had used ebay instead of buying direct, I would have got my refund.

Terrible customer service.

I ordered a jacket from pro-first. Delivery time was about 4-5 days, but jacket was too large for me and I had to return it.
After return customer service didn't answer any emails. I've got my refund only when I've raised Paypal's dispute.

These guys were my preferred supplier for the goods that I was interested in so placed an order. Received confirmation email. Then received an email giving estimated delivery date and parcel tracking number. About 4/5 days later received email from PayPal saying my order had been refunded. No communication from pro-first indicating why the order was refunded and no answer on their contact number. Will not be using again and will not be recommending

Great quality clothing for value prices. Looks great and is comfortable. I had to return the trousers as to small but new ones sent and received within a week so great after sales team also. My only minor criticism is the sizes are a bit off, go at least one size higher than your normal clothes.

Recently purchased a full suit excellent buy trousers where a bit big retuned them and they got replaced in a few days no hassles excellent
