Avoid at all costs.

They are absolutely shocking.

The number on their website isn't answered - they don't reply to messages or anything. Took me raising a full dispute with PayPal to get any sort of solution.

Thankfully I got a full refund but it took a lot of effort on my part.

Order from elsewhere.

I had to exchange a jacket and trousers as they were too big. They delt with the exchange promptly. The particular trousers I wanted, they didn’t have in my size so they phoned and emailed with an alternative. The goods themselves are great value.

I have use profirst a few time before, and find the pricing to be realistic and there items of good quality
the delivery is quick taking only a few days at most...i would recommend them you anyone who is looking for quality motorcycle gear at a good price.

Ordered three times from this company and not once did an item arrive. When I contacted the company they had sent the wrong details to the delivery so was unable to deliver. Not once did the company phone and check on any status. Will not use this company again.

Well I bought a mega deal to begin with, after a week it never arrived, I messaged Sam, (WhatsApp) on their site. Sam rang me back straight away to be told that the Royal Mail had lost my parcel, he proceeded by then giving me a full refund, I ordered again and it was here within two days. Although I was frustrated about Royal Mail losing my parcel that’s nothing to do with pro first. The customer service I received was top class, it’s a shame all company’s couldn’t work in the same way. Oh and the products look and feel amazing. A** will definitely buy again.

Fast Delivery and kept up to date with delivery.

Paid for next day delivery but never actually got my parcel. 4 days of phone calls = 4 days of lies. Registered a complaint with pay pal and got my money back.
Disgraceful lack of service , only beaten by constant lies.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I was reassured that I could exchange the items if it didn’t fit. No responses now. Completely ignoring WhatsApp messages and not answering the phone when calling. Will be filing with trading standards. Delivery was great and products seem great but as for follow up a complete waste. Don’t purchase from them

After 9 days of waiting for a next day delivery, 9 days of ignored phone calls & emails, they finally admitted they hadn't sent the order. Awaiting refund but Trading Standards are aware of them & are now dealing with them.

Delivery service and product was good but after care service is rubbish

Top class service from a top class company. I couldn’t find these gloves anywhere and finally came across them here at Profirst where they not only had them in my size but they were on sale! Definitely recommend to anyone
