My son recently attended a football…
My son recently attended a football trial with Pro 11 and we couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The session was very well organised, professional, and created a positive environment for all the players.
The coaches were supportive and encouraging, allowing the players to express themselves and play with confidence. Most importantly, my son really enjoyed it and came away feeling motivated.
We’re incredibly proud that he has been recognised and offered a further trial in the Academy. A fantastic opportunity and a great pathway for young players.
Highly recommend Pro 11 to any young footballers looking to develop and showcase their talent!
Team was very friendly and informative
My son attended a trial with Pro 11 at Barnsley in February.
My son attended a trial with Pro 11 at Barnsley in February. After the trial there were 7 clubs in total who shown interest in him. The clubs sent scouts out to his grassroots games and he was invited to train with 3 clubs in the last month. A championship club have now offered him an 8 week trial with their academy. I was sceptical about sending him to trials like this thinking it would be a waste of money. In truth pro 11 have opened doors for my son in football that wouldn't have happened naturally. If you're child is a talented footballer I highly recommend pro 11. The clubs that have been in touch with me have also informed me that the pro 11 team are really good at chasing them up, on the progress of their interest from the trial. Massive thank you to the team for what you've done so far for my son 👍

Thank you Pro11
Thank you Nicola and Coach Stewart my son enjoyed the game at the ID football trial. There were scouts from Cat 1 and Cat 2 football clubs. The event was very well organised and feedback from professional coach was provided straight after the trial and post trial he was invited to attend a talent ID to play football and study at college in the U.S.A.
Great set up with some good feedback

Really good experience
Really good experience. They had various scouts and on the day kept good communication. They were also honest and transparent about the opportunities.
Pro 11 Professionalism
We truly enjoyed the professionalism and total caare and attention and organisation that PRO 11 put into it from start to the end and made our son's journey memorable throughout the trial experiance.
Thank you to all PRO 11 team members.
Please keep up the excellent work you all have provided for our children.
Excellent experience at the Pro11…
Excellent experience at the Pro11 Trials on 20/02/2026
My son attended the trials last week and he thoroughly enjoyed it.
It was really well run from the moment we arrived, with a very polite/professional team who were happy to deal with any questions/queries. The U10s coach that my son was with was really encouraging, approachable and made it all fun.
There was the opportunity to gain feedback from the coach at the end on how to continue improving which was really useful and Leyton Orient FC expressed interest in my son there and then, which we were informed of by the Pro11 team at the end of the day.
Two days later we received communication from the Pro11 team as promised, confirming the interest by Leyton Orient, but also that Chelsea FC had expressed interest as well. The information provided of next steps was really clear and the option to contact the team if needed.
Overall we would really recommend attending a Pro11 trial!

Impressed
I booked both my sons onto sessions in Barnsley with Pro 11 and I have to say I’ve been very impressed. I was personally unsure at first and worried we might just be getting sold a dream, but after attending, I couldn’t fault it.
The facilities were great, the coaching was strong, and the drills were well organised and professional. Scouts from clubs were there as promised, which was reassuring. The follow-up after the trial has also been excellent.
Overall, it’s been well worth the money and a fantastic experience for both of my young sons. Highly recommend!

Visited Sunday 14-12/25 with my son…
Visited Sunday 14-12/25 with my son George. It was very well organised from start to finish. The staff are very friendly and Chris made us feel welcomed and explained how the registration process would work from the beginning of the session. The training drills were slick and very well organised and the 5 a side in the last quarter of the session was brilliant. Well done Pro 11 we will definitely be visiting again. Thankyou.
Big thankyou to Stu aswell who took George’s training session.Stu was brilliant with the kids and gave very clear consice instructions during the trials. Thankyou so much Stu for the very encouraging feedback to George when you said you where surprised George hadn’t been selected by the first few clubs who gave in there results. You said you would’ve selected George and that had given George so much confidence going forward. We still have the other big clubs to give there selection results in so fingers crossed.
My son attended the Leeds trial in June…
My son attended the Leeds trial in June 2025 through Pro11, and thoroughly enjoyed the event. As a result of that trial, he was scouted by Hull City, Rotherham United, and Sheffield Wednesday, and was also referred on to another club.
Over the summer holidays, my son was invited to attend sessions with both Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday and was incredibly fortunate to be offered a full trial with both clubs. We were so grateful for these amazing opportunities. After careful consideration, we accepted the trial with Sheffield Wednesday and pleased to say he was offered a contract.
I can’t thank Pro11 enough for providing a platform and opening doors that have made a real difference to my son’s development and future.
Great experience
Gives you an opportunity to showcase young promising footballers skills in front of local academy scouts which will give them the opportunity to play at a higher level with more in depth coaching.
Pro11 Trials u8/U9/U10 group (Derby)
Geralt attended the session a bit nervous knowing that in his group there would have been older kids (he being U8), but this did not last long thanks to the coach guide and training. Really engaging and clear from the beginning to all parents too! Coaches and scouts are considering the age of the player and make fair assessments in my opinion.
Geralt had interest from 2 clubs like Nottingham Forest and Derby County that will now come to watch him on grassroots.
Geralt is exited now and training hard to succeed and thanks to Pro11 Trials for this experience.

Pro11 Trials Derby
My son attended the under 14s session on the 15th Nov at Derby Racecourse, welcomed and introduced by the lady on the tent, explaining everything to expect and how the day would run.
After a brief induction my son went to the pitch for the under 14s welcomed by the coaching staff putting on the session, made to feel at ease, have fun and get the most out of the high standard of coaching on offer. Through the drills and small matches my son was pushed, encouraged and praised for trying things expressing himself, as well as explaining what and why things are done and the possible positives it creates in game scenarios.
After the session they had a brief talk about the session and cool down as a group. The Pro 11 staff, coaches were top draw and every detail was on time and well managed.
At the end the lads were encouraged about their footballing journeys and that regardless of the outcome of the session to keep enjoying their football and development. My son received 2x Cat 1 club interests and came away from the day, motivated, excited, driven and encouraged with his experience with the training session. Thank you all those involved at Pro 11. Highly recommend the training and experience.

Goal Keeper perspectives
Open, honest communication with us before the day was essential to give us confidence that the event would be the right one for our son. The session was extremely well run and the goal keeper coach was very careful to provide helpful feedback. He was encouraging and supportive. Overall it was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

My son really enjoyed his first time with pro11, the coaches was really friendly and engaging with the kids. Plenty of scouts on show to get their little faces lit up.
My son left with multiple scouts taking interest in him with already attending a session the following day.

Trials were good just let’s get more girl interest
I brought my daughter along to the south west trails on Friday (31/11) and I have no complaints about the coaches or the trials as a whole, all seemed to be well organised.
We were just a little disappointed that it was quite a poor show for girls - we believe there was only 4 there in total and my daughter was the only girl in her group. I choose to bring her as football really is her happy place and for someone who struggles socially and has some anxieties she really shines and feels confident when on the pitch - she loves being part of her local team! We felt this would be a nice experience and confidence boost for her and although she did get stuck in and didn’t give up she did find it tough being the only girl in her group (u10-11) as was quite clear that a few of the boys didn’t want to pass to her meaning she didn’t see as much of the ball as she’d have hoped and she was played out of position for the majority of the time. Once she was moved into midfield but a minute later one of the boys from her team tapped her on the shoulder and sent her back to defence which disappointed her as she didn’t have the chance to play where she feels comfortable.
Overall what we’d like to say is for it to be better advertised to girls or possibly some girls only events in the future, as one parent approached me on the day whilst we were queuing to come in and asked what age girls were trialing and when I said the same as the boys they seemed surprised which then made my daughter panic that I’d made a mistake and booked her into a boys only event and I had to get the advertisement up to show her it said boys and girls!

Great, but, could be slightly better
I attended the event at Bristol with my ex foster child who lives with his mother.
He's completely self taught in relation to football and is a ridiculously strong centre back, but also, very resilient and able to maintain the games pace throughout.
When the event ended, in order to help finish my aim of boosting his confidence whilst also trying to show him the main aim of what he needs to focus on, I spoke to coach Dan, who was looking after u14, u15 and u16.
He asked for my lads bib number, and then rolled his eyes, scrunched his face, made an excuse that there's loads of boys and he can't remember everyone and then more facial expressions, before finally saying "I really don't know, but you didn't do anything wrong because I would remember".
Now, whilst it hasn't ruined the experience for my lad because I'm clever enough to deal with his emotions, I found this really quite upsetting, I know defenders aren't the most exciting role on the pitch, but they are crucial to important robust gameplay and a team is not useful without a strong defence, I would have expected the coaches to have some sort of understanding of the lads they are "watching" throughout the drills and play, in order to give some useful feedback at the end, rather than the drivel that we recieved about how u15's don't talk enough and how you need to not fall into the trap that you can't commanding your line.
I hope that in the future, Dan spends a little less time massaging his ego, by talking to the scouts that were walking around with extremely wet clipboards, and more time focusing on the children he is meant to be there for, when they come knocking for feedback.
My lad has never played for anything other than an extremely low ranking local youth team, purely due to his background and inability for his family to travel to the "better teams".
He is completely self taught, he's never done drills, or training like he has done at this event, yet not only did he keep up with many lads who no doubt play at a higher level, and with older ones, but was outshining them at times and was communicating, albeit not as loudly as he could.
During the game he was crucial in stopping multiple balls coming into the box, and it would have been good to know from the coach what his actual improvement areas would be for his position, given in the second game, two goals were scored, and goals are conceded as a team, so he would want to learn from that.
Whilst I appreciate you can't watch "every player" all the time, to get absolutely no personalised feedback was quite disheartening.
That said, the event itself was brilliant, the training was at the level that my lad should be doing in his local youth team, but also the intensity of the games didn't phase him and proves to me and his family, that perhaps he is "held back" from better challenges, that will only further improve his skill and awareness if given.
I hope that Dan reads this as intended, it's constructive, friendly and not intended to be offensive, I just expected something more personal, I'm glad you didn't lie and pretend you'd seen something, hence why the honesty means only 1 star is lost in the rating.
