The speed of service and help with a delivery problem was very good.

The delivery company, DPD, left the item at the wrong address but with the help of Pro Audio System we were able to retrieve the parcel.

I would definitely use Pro Audio again.

Delivered pronto exactly what I needed

Pro Audio didn't have the Shure microphone I wanted in stock. They contacted Shure to check stocks and confirmed within a few minutes that they were available and I placed my order. It was delivered to me in 2 working days. This was excellent service and I am also very pleased with my Shure SM545SD instrument microphone.

deliver a little slow but cheap and good otherwise great

There were multiple issues with the order - the order having gone through, but not actually being finalised due to an unknown error and us not being informed of this problem. Staff were happy to resolve the order, however, promised calls to update us did not happen. The delivery ended up being returned to the warehouse due to 'issues with labels'. We have since received the items but it has taken several weeks and multiple chasing phone-calls on our side. We appreciate that errors and problems happen, but follow-ups and consistent customer service would have been appreciated.

The goods arrived by couriers very promptly as indicated by the supplier. The product itself works well.
