Great service. Even loaned us speakers whilst ours were in transit from China!!!

I was looking for an urgent replacement microphone pack for our portable audio system used in schools. From my call, the sales person could not have been more helpful. Out of stock but he said he would call me back 'within the next few minutes' to see what he could do. Three minutes later, he called me back and the sale was confirmed, having arranged that the pack was sent directly from the manufacturers to save time. The pack arrived next morning - 4 working hours after ordering. Top class service!

I was after a DBX Venu 360 and not only did PA Systems have easily the best price they assisted in getting the delivery speed increase with the unit being sent direct from the distributor, just in time for an event. I was never left hanging on the phone and they called me back when they said they would. I will add them to my trusted suppliers list.

After talking to Audio Technical Support team about our stage sound update, They said Pro Audio Systems would be a good company to get a Quotation from to supply items for our Radio Mic upgrade.
I have say that the order we placed with them was as requested and delivered on time and in good order.

Had some great advice over the phone, and was recommended some equipment. The package arrived the following day, and was exactly what I needed. There was an option to send the equipment back if it didn't work, but luckily this time every thing worked! Highly recommended.

Havnt tried many other companys that deal in audio but if i did i would use pro audio systems.

I bought the QU16 desk from Pro Audio Systems. They couldn't have been more helpful. I needed the next day delivery option but I'd typed something wrong on the finance form so I was worrying I wouldn't get it in time. I got in touch with pro audio systems it was quite late at night and they got straight back to me and sorted everything out first thing in the morning. My desk arrived right on time couldn't thank them enough. It was also the best price I found on the internet. Thanks again!
