ProAv came tops in my case.

Despite ordering the wrong microphone, the staff were very helpful in cancelling the order, advising on a substitute mic. It was delivered the next day at no additional cost! Great service.

Go-to supplier for over 16 years

ProAV has been my go-to supplier for video production kit for over 16 years. They are always reliable, easy to talk to and offer great advice. On more than one occassion I have visited their office to get hands on with equipment before purchasing. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing advice and equipment at a great price.

Good communication

Although there were some delays with getting my products shipped to me, the ProAV team kept me informed of the status of the missing parts of my order, and were quick to respond when I had questions.
